Not a good product
Heats up very quickly, but very unevenly. The middle gets hot very fast, and then bows outwards, so the pan is no longer flat. I believe the material is too thin. Returned for a calphalon stainless steel/ceramic pan which is an immediate improvement.
Poor qualify
I received the pan on October 21, 2024, and first used it on October 26, 2024, to make 4 fried eggs and 10 omelets. Unfortunately, the ceramic coating performed poorly. As seen in the first and second photo, food sticks to the surface, and carbon buildup occurs. Additionally, the coating on the back of the pan has chipped off (third photo). I'm very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it.

Sturdy Chef skillet, non stick. I expect it to last for years.

I’m very happy with the quality and construction of this skillet . Heats nicely on electric and gas heat .
