Terrible experience, reaching your customer servic

We need to talk to your customer service. 4 1/2 quart stock pot came with a tiny defect. We did not notice it. But it has scratched our glass stove top on our new stove from Lowe’s.

After emailing Ang calling I question I had, no one replied, but that’s CA! Horrific customer service! I will never buy from Circulon again. I bet you won’t be posting this.

It compliments my 3 quart pan with the strainer lid that I bought years ago.

Poor shipping

Pan and lid came damaged. They were shipped in a plastic bag. Chips and nicks on the outside of pan. Dents in the lid and lip of the pan.

Received a damaged pan

This pan arrived damaged, probably from shipping (edge was bent and lid would not seal). I submitted a help ticket on Circulon.com but never got a response. I finally shipped it back after several weeks, hoping I'll still get my refund or replacement.

Loved it until it quit being non-stick

I love the pan and the lid, I bought it at Macy's in 2020 and got a lot of use out of it. I was careful not to use metal spatulas or wash it in the dishwasher but about 4 or 5 months ago it was no longer 'no stick'. With that said, I think 3 years is pretty good for a non-stick pan, so I am here looking for a replacement I only wish there was some direction as to which model pan offers the best non-stick surface and if my lid from this one will fit other pans?

Terrific Pan

I use this pan almost daily. Nothing sticks to it, which means it cleans up beautifully.
