Great wok / skillet

I have only used it daily for about two weeks, but it is a heavy duty and rugged skillet, built to last for a lifetime

Anolon 25cm Stir fry non stick pan.

Excellent stir fry pan. Superb size for one or two people. Cooks to perfection - as per usual Anolon products. Highly recommend.

Good pan but too small

The pan is a lot more shallow than I expected which really disappointed me. The pans are expensive and while I will definitely use it, I had to keep my old wok because this one is too small for stirfry.

Small

Works great, but I’m surprised at the size. Can really only cook a stir fry for 1 in it at a time, maybe 2 people at most. Definitely can’t whip up a quick family dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids in it. Guess this is my fault but. It does say the size after all. But even so it does seem too small to be much use.

They work exactly as advertised. Easy to clean. Hold heat well. Very nice cookware. I have tried many different brands and styles. These are truly the best all around pots and pans I have used. I like the slightly flares top edge on the pots and it makes pouring that much smoother.

10 inch Hybrid Nonstick Wok with Lid

The Wok is great but the lid needs work. I like the wok but the lid is not made correctly and it is almost impossible to get out water when you wash it. I am afraid that when the lid heats up, the water around the seal of the lid will expand and crack the lid so I tried to get it replaced under warranty but never heard back from the company. Still hoping they will send me a new lid that is properly sealed to replace the one that came with the wok. The wok itself is wonderful and I enjoy using it.
