Very comfortable and elegant look great in my living room

Although this is a huge piece, I’ve had less than a month and the fabric stains terribly. I have a toddler who drools as she is teething and it’s has left dark stains all over fabric. DO NOT BUY

works ok, cushions are feather filled and some poke thru material and need flipped and fluffed but good for pups but after time become uncomfortable i am replacing now after 6 months

This ottoman is huge! I wasn't expecting it to be so big, make sure you read and understand the measurements. The stuffing is incredibly soft and comfortable, though I don't think it is actually down. My biggest complaint is how easily pet hair becomes imbedded in the Boucle fabric, just keep in mind if you have pets.

The item is not as pictured. There are no legs or holes for legs on this ottoman. The pictures clearly show wooden legs. This has anchors and a large bolt on the bottom to secure to a sectional. Now I have to figure out how to return a 100 pound item by myself.

Nice Ottoman, even if it doesn't match the original Beige Cloud Sofa.

I could only give 3 Stars do to the material and color change of the Beige material. I ordered the 7 piece Cloud Commix Sofa a while back, do to the backup on production I was told the Ottoman could be months out. Customer service said to order the 6 piece sofa less the Ottoman to get it in 3-4 weeks. I did just that, unfortunately the Ottoman was close 2 $200 more now and the material doesn't match the sofa. I was told this prior to purchasing, since I was originally counting on the Ottoman. I went ahead with the purchase.

Fast shipping and decent customer service. Returned as the sofa set didn’t have a “Back†and didn’t suit our needs.

This is great and a value for sure. Perfectly matches the sofa and is easy to attach and unattach. It would be great if it opened up and storage space.

This Ottoman is Perfect

I admit at first I thought, the ottoman wouldn't come as advertised. I was presently surprised when the ottoman came, its perfect and large. I love it.

Very large, could stand to be slightly smaller, but it adds to the comfort of the couch, if you have room for it.
