i've never opened it %26 store wouldn't allow a return. What store customer service failed to ever one time tell me is to call Walmart.com %26 they would send someone to my house to pick it up. So, I have about $300 of your products in my garage that no one told me how to return. BIG communication gap between store %26 Walmart.com.

Cushioned seat commode
This commode looked like it would be more comfortable than it was. My son had to cut down the legs because even on the lowest setting it was too tall. Due to medical issues, I spend a lot of time sitting on it and it is not comfortable. I will be switching back to my regular commode. It was wider than my regular commode and that was more comfortable.

It was easy to assemble. We are using it as a shower chair. It has made showering so much easier for my Mother. No standing needed to wash and rinse her bottom. It is a game changer for us. The legs can be taken apart easily to make sure it drys completely to prevent rusting. I really like the ease of the drop arms. Very pleased.
