Not as pictured

I expected the rug to have a border completely around the rectangle, instead it was cut off at both ends as if cut from a bolt. Very disappointed. Every picture shows the border going completely around the rectangle be it circular, runner, or rectangle. I will not order again.

beautiful but beware

I wanted a 3 x 4 rug, 6 ft runner, and 8 ft runner. They didn't have an 8ft runner but a 7ft7in. When I put it in the cart the picture did not show a framed end, but other pictures is the description did. The 6 foot runner, when I put it in my cart did show a framed end. I did see that "custom rugs are not returnable, but nothing in the description states which are "custom". ONLY THE 7'7" RUNNER IS FINISHED. Don't go by the pictures, beware if you need your runners to match.

I purchased this for my mother who is 78. She is dealing with dementia and I always try to bring color into her world. She has thanked me repeatedly for this gift. Partly because she forgets that she has thanked me and partly because the rug is beautiful and it brightens up her apartment. I will be purchasing another one but that will be for my son for his new home. Different color of course!

Luxury Rugs

Beautiful rugs. Purchased 2 (different sizes) and they are gorgeous! Make our areas look so expensive. The colors are spot on. Rugs were promptly shipped and wrapped very well. Family and neighbors have commented how great they look and where we purchased. I have advised everyone, Rugs Direct. I even gave them the name of the sales member that assisted me. Will definately purchase from Rugs Direct again. Plan on getting a rug for our master as soon as it is painted.

A very high quality runner

This is a wonderful runner. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality texture and look of this runner. It looks beautiful in our hallway. It is just as it appeared in the picture. I will definately purchase more rugs from Rugs Direct.

Wonderful Experience

There was a problem with the 8 foot round rug I ordered that was a manufacturing flaw. When Rugs Direct was made aware of the problem they assisted me in returning the rug and sending a new rug within a very short period of time without hassle or excuse. I am so happy with the replaced rug and so glad I ordered the four rugs I bought from this company and will certainly tell others about the positive experience.

Overall Good Value

I was looking for a rug for the kitchen just in front of the entrance to the garage. Overall very happy with the purchase. The rug is low enough that it doesn't interfere with the door swinging over it. On minor complaint is that it isn't cut to true angles. After spending several minutes trying to get it to line up with the tile grid pattern I realized the rug was cut a bit crooked. Not a big deal and if you didn't have tile underneath it you probably wouldn't notice.

Pretty Good

I purchased the 2'2" x 12' runner. It is relatively thick. Using it as kitchen runner near the sink area. Pros: - Looks very good. - Overall the rug is pretty decent for its price. Cons: - Surface is not totally flat/even. When you glide your foot on the carpet you feel the variation on the surface. - The design is not as fine as it looks in the picture. Somewhat "coarse" knots.

Awesome Rug

I ordered this and hoped. Well my hopes were answered. This rug is great. Looks awesome in my living room. I have hardwood floors and black leather couches. This area rug finished the living room perfectly. It shipped fast and the quality is real good. Feels nice on my bare feet. Definitely need a rug pad to prevent sliding on the floor. Would buy again here in a heart beat.
