The refrigerator/ freezer is nice... It is perfect for someone who drives or owns a tractor trailer... It small enough to fit in the cab of a truck. And big enough to hold the right amount of food and drinks for extended travels.

BEST MINI FRIDGE EVER!!! I’ve never been so happy with a larger appliance purchase in my life. Rent the downstairs of a home with our friends and the main fridge is upstairs. Our lunches are stored in here along with beverages and ice cream or other frozen items. You need this one!!!

Compact size with separate freezer.

It's super rare to find a mini fridge like this. I love the fact that the freezer and refrigerator are actually separated because I've always had issues with mini fridges freezing everything in the back of the refrigerator. Since the two compartments are actually separated on this mini fridge you don't have to worry about that. Honestly it was a little pricey but worth it.

Ok fridge terrible shipping(they use FedEx)

After being stuck in transit hell for over a week because of FedEx I finally got the fridge. Came intact from the looks of things. No severe damage, dings or scratches and electronics including light and compressor seems to work. Got it to replace my failing Daewoo 4.4 mini fridge so this had some pretty big shoes to fill. The freezer gets noticably cold pretty quickly. Seems to have decent interior space. Almost as much as my old 4.4 mini fridge. The main fridge compartment is just a smidge shorter than I'm used to but pretty much same width and almost the same height. The fridge itslelf is a little taller than a typical 4.4 because of the freezer compartment which is nice to have for things like Hot Pockets and ice cream and better than those annoying built-in freezer compartments in other mini fridge designs that take up space in the fridge compartment.

Great Little Refrigerator

I love that this refrigerator does not have the standard soda can rack in the door. What a waste of space if you don't all drink the same product. It is working perfectly since we received it. The employees here are very happy with it and have told me that I made a nice choice.

Highly recommend this little refrigerator!! I got it for myself as my main refrigerator and it holds plenty for one person. It came completely put together and set up, all I had to do is take it out of the box and plug it up. The refrigerator part cools great and the freezer freezes everything from ice cream, to meat and frozen dinners. Love it!

R134!!

17.5" width , 19.25" depth and 39" high. The refrigerator uses R-134 HFA refrigerant (literally the last available 120 volt refrigerator to do so because the dimwits at the EPA). Somehow China worked around the Law to sell this one! I tried repeatedly over a week to contact costway to verify the refrigerant type (r600 or r134) but never received an answer, I imagine their service and warranty are the same (non-existent).

Love my little fridge

I love my little fridge. It fit so perfectly in my bedroom. I was taller than what I expected it is perfect for my needs. I will definitely recommend this fridge for someone that is looking for a compact way to store food items and beverages. It was an economical buy as well. Will continue to shop Overstock. Love me some Overstock!

Ok but not as nice as the Midea my daughter had last year

We had purchased a 3.2 cubic foot fridge for our daughter’s dorm room last year. In the rush to move her out after campus closed due to the pandemic, we left the emptied fridge for donation. Then we learned that because of Covid, her sorority house was permitting fridges in the individual bedrooms rather than a shared snack fridge. So had to buy a fridge again and they wanted a slightly bigger one, so I tried this. They’re not big soda drinkers, so I like the way the interior door on this one looked as compared to many others, that really seem oriented towards cans. I also liked the idea of the slightly taller height. When we received it, it really didn’t seem bigger to me (granted we’re only talking a .2 cubic foot difference) and the door storage is quite shallow — not sure how much use it will prove to be. Also, the bottom bin isn’t as big as it looks because the back bottom of the fridge comes out further into the interior (not articulating that very well but hopefully you get the idea). Final comment is that while it was relatively light weight for carrying, the downside is that it doesn’t feel overall as “solid” as the Midea she had last year. In fact, if you don’t have much in the fridge, you need to hold the fridge down when you pull open the door or the fridge will slide. It’s fine, but I think the Midea was higher quality.

A perfect fit

I got to say this refrigerator is the exact size I needed in my cabin. It holds everything that I need to keep cold and frozen. A perfect fit for me. Thank you for making a great refrigerator at a excellent price. I would recommend this fridge to anyone who has a small cabin or dorm room or just in your garage.

I wish I had bought this long ago. It's so convenient to have the Safeplace fridge on our 2nd floor for beverages, ice and some snacks. This model works and looks great (black). Freezer and refrigerator sections keep everything well. I also really like that this has a little more interior space than standard minis.

I like fast shipping.Secondly, I like this size, around 1 meter long.Also, low-noise is very important for me.Operating sound of no more than 40 dB, enjoy a low noise life, maintain a quiet working environment, and be free from the noise of refrigerator operation. That's a good point.Design, removable glass shelves and adjustable temperature ranges are good things as well.Overall, Value for money and recommend...

Cute and quality fridge

I LOVE my new mini-fridge. In fact, I wouldn't call it a mini. It is literally a smaller version of a full-size refrigerator with a freezer. It's my first mini-fridge and I keep it in my bedroom. It's super cute and works great. Quiet, no noise or rattle when kicking on or off. The inside light is really bright. The temp set to the medium is perfect and I have it packed. It arrived a day early and the packaging for protection was spot on. Nothing was broken or scratched. I am very satisfied with this product.

Perfect

Well built refrig for the price, not to noise. Great use of space inside. Nice having freezer separateI'm totally happy with it. It fits an insane amount of food—it's my full-time, one-and-only fridge and I can't even manage to fill it to maximum capacity with my groceries (single female). Temperature's great, though you will get a little freezing if you shove damp veggies right up against the walls. That happens even with deluxe full-size units, though, and for the price I'm totally wowed. Really happy with this purchase!

Extra freezer space and larger than most mini fridges!

Pleasantly surprised at how large the freezer is in this. You can fit a 10 lb bag of ice in the individual freezer which has a separate door from the fridge. Why does this matter? Because if you've ever had the 1 door model you'll understand that every time you open the fridge you're exposing the freezer to outside air and causing yourself to have to defrost it more often.At first I thought the price was a bit much, but once it arrived and I see it's quite a bit larger than your average mini fridge I'm glad I chose it!I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it!

Perfect chill

This little fridge/freezer isa the perfect chill solution for us! We have a 2 story house and we have difficulty going up/down stairs multiple times a day and this product is perfect!! It allows to keep essential items such as diabetic snacks and fresh cold water on the upper level so we don't have to make so many trips up/down the stairs. I need several bags of ice every night to help with pain and swelling from a car accident and this allows me to keep all the ice bags I need upstairs so I don't have to go down to get more ice when one is no longer cold. Thank you for a great product!! Its made a world of difference for us!

MUCH larger, roomier than expected!

To be honest, I haven't had this fabulous fridge long enough to turn it on! (Still waiting the recommended three hours to allow it to reach room temperature.) BUT...it's truly a beautiful, roomy fridge with great door shelf storage, ample and adjustable shelves, and a lARGE freezer compartment. I'm delighted! And a friend who worried about the capacity of a fridge with this one's advertised measurements is also very much surprised at its large capacity. It's basically a regular fridge/freezer, downsized a couple of notches. It arrived on time, in perfect condition, so I heartily recommend this model as a compact, but fully useful and convenient fridge/freezer for use in a small kitchen space.

Good little fridge/freezer for the money

As a Tower Crane Operator, I spend the majority of my days several hundred feet above the ground with only the supplies I bring up via rope at my disposal. A good fridge on the counter deck is a must in my line of work to stock up for the week. So far the Costway 3.4 cu ft. fridge and freezer has performed as expected with ample space for one person. Couldn't be happier with separate doors. Will never go back to a single door unit. As for longevity, my particular situation will have the Costway 3.4 exposed to inclement weather which would not be considered normal conditions. That being said, my opinion will remain based mostly on, initial performance, aesthetics and efficiency, which after 2 weeks of being unboxed, plugged in and on the rig has been an excellent all around performer.

Great fridge.

Nice fridge. Much better than the RCA crap that arrived damaged which I sent back. I like the fact that the inside of the door isn't restricted to holding only canned drinks. Some of us don't like to waste resources... Some of us don't like to comply. I searched many fridges until I found this one which offers an alternative internal design. It also has an internal light! :) ...The doors are not reversible however.

Update: It's been three months, it's still going strong, glad I made the purchase. This compact fridge holds quite a bit of food and drinks. Freezer is still great, holds couple half gallons of ice cream altogether.At first this thing tripped a circuit breaker, maintenance guy moved my fridge to another outlet that was able to tolerate the voltage level- in other words: DO NOT PLUG ANYTHING ELSE INTO THE OUTLET THE FRIDGE USES, SEPARATE OUTLET ONLY. For those who are saying it doesn't work, follow above suggestion. Upon moving to a separate outlet, everything worked fine--light inside the fridge worked, freezer and fridge worked wonderfully. A few scratches, but I'm not the type to knock off a star just for that. Scratches were just a few, nothing to affect its basic look and function. Great buy!
