An exquisite design

This is an exquisite design that I would recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their their shower or bathtub. I can hardly wait until the renovation is completed in my bathroom so I can get the plumber in to finish the installation of this beautiful tub spout.

Terrible

I am on my third diverter tub spout. When trying to figure out why it is not diverting all of the water, they just say, it must be defective and they send a new one. After 3 - all doing the same thing I am at my wits end. We bought grohe because we thought we would get quality. Contractor recommends we ditch this grohe- but now we will be mismatched . Terribly disappointed when we spent so much on a remodel.

Who gets complements on their tub spout. We do! It’s sharp.

Love the look. Unfortunately, it looked to small with our other bath fixtures.

Looks great! But after using it for only several weeks it leaks water after running for more than 10 minutes while the shower is on. Great brand so it’s bizarre why this is happening. But probably better to spend the few extra dollars and get something better.

Quality not typical Grohe

Bought the diverter tub spout along with the other fixtures for the shower/tub alcove. Installation was done by a qualified plumber however the tub spout leaked at the back of the fixture . The Grohe rep exchanged it through the plumbing store where it was purchased and shipped the replacement within 2 days. The new one had the same leaking issue. This is not typical of the Grohe fixtures from past purchases. Would like a refund however the plumbing store where it was purchased will not grant a refund. "It's on the plumber" were their words. Very disappointed. Design or Quality issue for Grohe.

A bit flustered

We are a custom kitchen and bath design build firm and have been installing Grohe for well over 30 years and recommending it as a high quality product. We purchased a Concetto 13366EN0 fr a current project and installed it as per instructions. Water leaks past the o rings and comes out at the base of the escutcheon and set screw area. We contacted Grohe and they said use siliconized plumbers grease not in the instructions and that did not work. Grohe sent us a new spout it also leaked, we changed the nipple to be extra sure still leaked. We have had 2 very experienced plumbers on this and it still leaks. Grohe says they have no bulletins on this and it must be us however this isn't rocket science its a slip on tub diverter needs to be taken care of!

This item looks beautiful but thats it. I had a licensed plumber install it and had to take it back off because it kept leaking from the inside.
