Poor quality, no warranty

Stopped working after only a few times using it. The fire only works at the lowest setting, which offers no heat.

Easy to use

This was easy to set up and it is easy to turn on/off the flame. Finish is okay- wish I was more of a solid grey than speckled.

Great price for the quality. We ordered an additional wind guard which comes in handy often, and we got fire glass to fill the pit. The top gets a little hot in the sun because of the material

The firepit is amazing. This product did a great job and makes sitting outside fun. I would recommend this 1000 times over before because it works great.

Great product, nice sized flame and good quality. Very happy with the whole transaction. Comes with a cover that is good quality and fits perfectly. Puts off heat as it should and we added Glass around if for wind which is nice and can be added for less than 40 bucks.

Unfortunately for me, my firepit is starting to look discolored. I bought it less than 2 months ago, haven’t used it at all yet and I just purchased rocks for it. I’m feeling disappointed as this is my first time experiencing an issue with a product through Houzz.
