Wow! Who does that these days! Stellar customer service and the grinder is very coolWorks well for airline travel, very compact sizeAlso works nicely while in my trailer campingIts very well made and I think one of the pieces was not all the way seated causing the grinder mechanism to malfunctionWould highly recommend this grinder both for its use and the service

A great little device for making a decent coffee by being able to freshly grind coffee beans anywhere! I like my espressos!!!Plus, when the unit failed to charge properly, I contacted the shopthey replaced the unit straight away… NO HASSLE!Great Customer Service!

Purchased this mid-June this year from AmazonWorked well for a few tripsNow it just grinds for a few seconds and then blinks redIs fully charged though now the Green charging light does not come on when plugged inI have also reached out to the manufacturer for a warranty claim with no responseIt indicates a one year warranty but seems difficult to get any action on itVery disappointed for the price so I would no recommend this product

I use this item every dayThere was a small problem with the motor after 2 months and the shop sent me a new oneI take this Grinder on holiday, camping and to workIt does all levels of coarseness, and is really easy to use, disassemble and cleanIts a great product for anyone who loves great coffee

Grinding your own coffee is the way to go Im no coffee afficianado, however i have noticed the more i drink, the pickier i get on my coffee so i have been doing small upgrades in order to improve my experience at home as often as i can, this is one of the major improvements I now buy coffee beans which hold their flavours much longer than grind, freshly grind the exact amount i need, then use them straight away, it makes a huge difference using freshly ground to your experience This is most definitely a top level upgrade that most people should do ASAP

Initially I had issues user error and was about to return it, because the grinder blades were closed, as soon as I opened them anti clockwise it started working perfectly The coffee grounds get staticky which is somewhat annoying but not a big deal I have not made myself coffee with freshly ground beans before, and it is a game changerI enjoy it so much which makes me love this little grinder Its not only tiny and portable, but makes only enough for 1 large cup of coffee in the aeropress, which is exactly what I needed The bristles of the brush started falling out, but that doesnt affect the actual grinder
