Fridge is too cold

I have it set at its warmest setting, 47 F and everything is freezing! It’s useless for produce and dairy.Disappointed but don’t know how to return a delivery item.

Reliable

Actually it has been in use all of three days, but it is so well made and looks so good in my space, that my confidence level is very high, that this refrigerator is going to prove itself as very reliable. Very bright and clear inside, everything visible and accessible. Great little refrigerator!

Poor service poor delivery practices

Had an awful time canceling the order because they wouldn’t deliver inside the house, only to the curb. It took six phone calls and when I finally found someone willing to help, it took him two more phone calls internally. Still waiting for the refund to post.

This is the third Conserve refrigerator I have owned. I have always been very happy with their performance. The new design of this model is particularly helpful.The see through shelves and drawers enable me to view and access all contents easily. As with the previous models I appreciate how quiet this refrigerator is. Also the stainless steel surface resists fingerprints extremely well. I had several other brands to consider that would fit in my compact kitchen but in the end Conserve was the preferred choice.

Great refrigerator!

Very well designed. Lots of useful storage space despite its small footprint. The only negative is that there is no designed spot to store ice trays.

Freezer door won't close completely.

Where can I find a freezer drawer replacement? Ice formed on the back wall and floor of freezer.I removed the ice, but middle drawer prevents the freezer door from completely closing. Why?

An excellent fridge

The fridge arrived by FedEx in perfect condition. Although the instructions were vague, it was not difficult to switch the hinged side. It runs quietly, and is remarkable well designed. I also appreciated the call before I received it, making sure it would fit, and the texts afterward, to be sure it was working properly. Great product and customer service.

Quiet fridge makes impression!

This refrigerator lives up to its promise ...it is very quiet compared to other refrigerators in its size range. You might say it leaves them in the cold! The freezer on the bottom is also a terrific feature, because I don't have to bend down to retrieve from the fridge portion! The interior lighting is adequate and the wine holder is a plus! Delivery came in a timely manner towards the end of the delivery window, but it was well worth the wait. If you believe appliances should be quiet instead of heard....than this is the one to buy!

In lieu of one large refrigerator, I opted to buy two of these to fit my odd kitchen layout. They were delivered on time and with robust packaging. The fridge was protected within two boxes and on two separate stacked pallets. The refrigerators are really well built, sturdy and impressively designed. Simple and elegant, not junky appointments. They make no noise that I can tell. Crazy quiet. I went out on limb and bought these sight unseen based on floor-plan restraints, and I couldn't be happier. I usually don't write reviews, but this fridge deserves to be acknowledged as excellent.
