Bad customer service...
How would we even know?? We ordered the chairs on March 21st and they were advertised as “able to ship immediately”. Unfortunately, you chose to ship them via “the Slow Boat to China”! I called the shipping company earlier this week looking for them and was told they will be arriving in the Los Angeles shipping center the week of April 19th. They will ship them to the Phoenix shipping center who will contact us and set up delivery. That will be at least two weeks out before we see them! The excitement is gone and replaced by a feeling of frustration by ordering from what we now consider an unprofessional operation. No more Chip and Joanna for us. When we learned of the delay we ordered different chairs from a different vender. Like them very much so you will most likely receive a return from us. Money speaks! If you’re not treated right by one company, do business with someone else...and take your money with you. Unfortunately, this was our first experience with Magnolia. Needless to say but also the last! Customer service needs a lot of improvement and we will definitely be telling our friends about this.
Beautiful chair. Nothing to assemble and extremely comfortable. I wish it came in other colors, I would buy another for the bedroom.

I would love to write a review for the chair I ordered a couple of months ago, but unfortunately it keeps getting delayed so I haven't had a chance to enjoy it yet.
We absolutely love this chair. It is very comfortable and it is the first thing that people compliment when they see our newly furnished family room. My husband likes sitting on this chair more than laying on the couch.
Love the arm chair. It looks great near my mid century bed and white contemporary dresser and chest. It’s comfortable as well.
