Returned mattress

Too soft no support immediately returned mattress. My back, whole body was in pain after sleeping on this.

Unsatisfied Mattress Purchase

I bought this mattress last year in November. The pillow top started sagging in (1) month. I contacted BJs where I purchased the mattress on line. They contacted Simmons Bedding and my mattress was exchanged for a new one the same make and model. Well, after a little over (1) month the same thing happened. The 30 day warranty had expired and I have had to live with this mattress. I must state that I previously had a Beautyrest mattress for many years and was satisfied with it even though it was well over 15 years old. I wanted a king mattress and assumed that since my queen mattress was still in good shape, Beautyrest was the make I wanted to purchase. I'm very unsatisfied with this mattress but there's nothing I can do at this point. I'll never buy another mattress on line again. Less

We love our Simmons mattress. The comfort is incredible after a long, hard day. Although I wish it was cooler once you are in bed, it does cool down when you exit and return. My husband gets up earlier than I do, and I don't even notice that he is up. The only problem we have is that the material on top gathers into a hill like structure.

A year in and this bed started sinking. My back and hips kill me. Feels like I'm sleeping on a hammock. I saw a few of these reviews before purchasing but majority were ok, so I trusted. Sadly my experience hasn't been great and I do regret getting this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and I thought this would be great for my back. It FEELS great but I sink through out the night.

This is a follow up still not happy

So, I called Home Depot, they advised me to call beauty rest, the beauty rest folks said Home Depot responsible. Another customer indicated that there is no identification as to it being a beautyrest bed. I agree. The thread is coming out at the edges. It appears to be a knock off I would venture to say. It says a lot on one side also. Very very disappointed. I will include different images of the sides to compare also notice the awful stitching. Who was responsible for manufacture?

It’s on the soft side for me and very deep for making the bed and getting into bed. Wish I would have purchased something firmer. The pillow top is to much for my back. It’s good quality otherwise.

Beautyrest silver pillow top

This beauty rest silver plush pillow top mattress is extremely comfortable. It seemed a little too soft at first but after a few nights I really began to enjoy the comfy cushion of the pillow top.

Great investment

Finally pulled the trigger on getting this bed. Was skeptical about buying online, but it was really effortless. Glad I did it.

Initially I was excited about this mattress. I read the reviews and thought it was worth a try. I didn’t like the quality, however. We really needed the support as well as a feeling of being somewhat cradled so we decided to go with a pillow top hybrid instead. This could possibly work as a guest bed but long term it didn’t work for us.

Updated review ~ 0 to 1 stars. I am not a “hot sleeper.” This mattress is hot to sleep on. In less than 1 year, Pillow Top really sagged a lot and is now unusable. It is past Wayfair’s return time limit so I’m attempting to get help from Beautyrest.
