This is gorgeous! I never thought a mailbox would matter much, but this one is so attractive and looks so high-quality I think it really added to the curb appeal of our house. It arrived with a missing part, but I got on the phone with Wayfair, and the service couldn't have been better, they shipped out the missing part with no cost to me.

I’ve had it for over a year and it’s a very nice looking mailbox but the screws keep getting loose and readjustments are needed. That being said, it’s still worth it just a lot annoying.

Loved our mailbox for the first few months. The black color started to turn bluish color and tarnish. I called customer service and they were awesome! They sent us a new one we have just received our second one. I will keep you updated.
Beautiful mailbox, only complaint is it didn’t come with our house numbers as I ordered it.
