Large Malone Post Mailbox

I received the mailbox. It was packaged great! The quality and construction of the mailbox is amazing!! It is an absolutely beautiful mailbox and compliments our home just perfectly!

Damaged Product

Had an issue with my post no big deal that goes in the ground. Post and porch sent touch up paint. Next after 2 weeks waiting received the mailbox with three dents and chips in the paint. Yet to hear of a resolution but will update once I see if I get a replacement of not

Beautiful Mailbox, Terrible Customer Service

I got my mailbox a few months back and opted to get my own pole. I'll start by saying that the mailbox itself looks beautiful, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to install it yet as there was a complete lack of product information in the product description. If you opt not to get their pole, be aware that there is a separate adaptor you need to get for an additional $40 to make it work on another post. I've been going back and forth with customer service (the owner) for over a month to get information on the adaptor and he has since stopped responding. The adaptor product pages gives ZERO directions on installation and all he sent was a template PDF when I asked for more info. Welp, that offers no useful information, and the installation web page also has zero information pertaining to this item. As someone who manages multiple e-commerce website, this is not how you promote your products or treat your customers to leave them high and dry. I finally ordered the bracket without any response from the company cause I'm SOL without it unless I buy another pole through them for $140. Keeping my fingers crossed it works. I don't normally leave reviews like this, however, after the lack of response from the owner I feel this needs to be shared with potential customers so you know exactly what you are and are NOT getting when you buy this product.

Pricy but excellent quality

This mailbox is pricey but the quality is excellent. It's heavy, well made, and just a beautiful piece of home architecture that I think will last for decades. (You get what you pay for!) I'm glad I bought this one, as I was on the fence for several months debating other lesser-cost options. But this one is timeless and very well-made.

So much nicer than big box stores

This is just so much nicer than the big box stores. I wanted a heavier gage steel that would hold up to the elements since it would be bricked into a monument mail stand in front of my home. I also wanted it to be large enough to accept packages as large as a shoe box. This met all of my parameters and exceeded my expectations. It’s a great value!

Awesome-Looking Mailbox

An awesome-looking mailbox that's very well-made. Highly recommend getting the universal bracket if you use your own post, otherwise it is not easy to install. Not a lot of good-looking modern mailboxes in the market, so this was a great option that was priced competitively. Would purchase from modern aspect again!

We love our new mailbox!

We love our new mailbox! Solid construction and quality materials. Took a few weeks to get, but we knew that when ordering it, so we were ok with waiting. Used a post from one of the big box stores, but the holes did not line up. We made it work, though. I’m sure the matching post from Modern Aspect is much nicer than what we bought.

Looks even better in person.

Live in Fort Myers, FL. My old mailbox got destroyed in the storm. I thought it was time to upgrade to something sturdy that could stand up to the elements. Plus, it just looks great. Super easy to install. The original post was in good shape, so I ordered the adapter plate instead of the metal post. 5-10 minute install. I hope they keep adding different types of home products. Quality product made in the USA!!!

This one is THE one

I had been looking for a white square mailbox that had a subtle mid century modern vibe. I bought and returned so many...searched so many home improvement stores, etc. It became a quest! This one is THE one! I went back and forth because I didnt want to spend this much on a mailbox, but now Im so happy that I did! It looks so much better than the pictures too. Im going to customize it with a 2 tone paint like the MCM one that I saw for so much more money. *Sorry about the painters tape! Im getting ready to customize it!

We had a very sad mailbox and I’m still doing the happy dance with the arrival of this mailbox. It is so well designed and perfectly contemporary for our house. It’s clean lines and soft brown color are such a refreshing change from black mail boxes. It’s amazing - large, roomy and exceptionally handsome. When I first saw the UPS label at 30 pounds I thought -no way - YES way! This is so sturdy yet not all clunky so stylish and makes a statement. Indeed a very happy customer. Daniel is the best - very highly - recommended.
