R&L 3 months still cannot deliver door to us
VERY VERY POOR R&L shipping customer service. I ordered in November 2023. Then the shipping company R&L delayed for more than one month to deliver the wrong item. I had to call many times for them to reship the correct item. Today is January 20, 2024, they still have not deliver to us. They only texted us they would deliver yesterday. Nobody take calls.
Basco quality control issues
Glass door had mfg defect (sharp area on edge), had to order a second entire door assembly then return the first for refund. Not happy with this Home Depot policy.
