Yes, pricey, but for quality and longevity their linens are investment pieces. They will last decades and still look great! The blanket is lovely and soft right out of the packaging. Very happy with this purchase!!

Beautiful but humongous

So happy to find this blanket. Every other king blanket adheres to out of date industry size standards are way too skimpy for newer taller mattresses and they barely cover the sides or allow enough room to tuck in at end. This one hangs down to the floor on both sides and has about 25inches at the end. Tried it both directions. However, I am keeping it….maybe when it is washed and dried will shrink some.

Excellent Weight and Drape

I bought this a few months ago and waited to write this review. I'm so impressed with this cover. From the beauty to the drape, this is a gorgeous piece to complete the bed linens. The weight is perfect for year round. It is light, and yet its weight is so nice for a perfectly made bed--no bumps/lumps/wrinkles. Can't say enough good things about it and I like it so much I plan to buy another for our second home.

Very Best Blanket Ever!!

Purchased on sale a month or so ago. Washed and dried it. Looked good. It’s not a fluffy cuddly blanket. It’s a tightly woven 100% cotton hefty weight blanket. No puckered hems or snagged threads … it is very well made. Huge for a king but perfect if you like to have ample overhang. Use a bedspread not a coverlet so this blanket is fully covered. It is exactly what I wanted!!

Blanket review

Near the worst blanket I have purchased. I have king-sized bed this hung over end, had to fold near the middle to bring off floor. That left both sides hanging over. The material is not soft as I would want in a blanket, usually can count on Nordstroms. Just needed to tell you my first disappointment.

SFERRA Ivory Blanket

The blanket is well made. I ordered a Full/Queen in Ivory. I have a queen bed; the size is generous plenty of length to tuck in. The ivory color is perfect, towards the lighter side. I wanted a blanket I could machine wash when needed and something that would last 10+ years and I feel this is it.

Just the right weight for a single summer blanket or as a layer in your winter protocol. This is the first "queen-sized" blanket that is large enough to enable me to tuck under my deep mattress at the bottom of the bed and allows enough width to enable adequate side coverage as well. I am so tired of "queen blankets" that are a hybrid to enable a fit for a "double bed," most being 90 X 90 with the largest I'd noted before this particular blanket being 96 x96 and therefore still too short and narrow for a queen bed with a deep mattress. Though somewhat higher in price than I wanted to spend, it is clearly worth it.

Sturdy and Weighted

I have two of these blankets and love them. They are tight woven, sturdy and have a heft, which I love because it's a nice weight. I use these blankets year-round. The threads aren't soft so if you're looking for a very soft and cozy blanket, perhaps look for another.
