Replaced a Corningware casserole dish from 1978 that finally cracked!

Love this Casserole!!!!

Perfect, easy to use, great size and beautiful on the table for serving. This size is perfect for us. We are a small family and this is a fantastic size to use. We can bake and then have a few leftovers without waste. The casserole are so simple, yet elegant you can use for casual or formal dining.

Corningware Baking/Serving Dish

Save your money!! Another one that arrived shattered. Obviously the shipping center has not gotten the message or have been trained properly. Will not shop at Macys any longer. They are not the department store they once were!

Broken dish

The dish was not properly packaged in a box with bubble wrap and arrived broken in several pieces. Unacceptable.

Good product - Pathetic packaging

The casserole and cover are good & the design is beautiful too. However its packaging is so horrible that I've had three orders come in from different vendors, of which I've not recd a single order without breakage & damage. Great loss of product, time and money!

Just the right size for what I want. Lovely to cook in and serve in.

Poor shipping and return policy

This arrived in pieces. There was almost no bubble wrap and was shipped in a box too big so it rattled around. Not even a “fragile” warning on the box! To return it I was told I would forfeit the shipping and handling fees which I found unacceptable as it was of no fault of mine for the shipping. And the local Macys I went to exchange this did not carry it so I would need to have it re-shipped.

Just meh.

This is not the Corningware that our mothers and grandmothers purchased. I was lucky that this piece arrived unbroken. Gone is the thick glass covers of the past. I guess the best I can say about this is that the 1 1/2 quart size is perfect for a side dish. I ordered the next size up, and that Corningware piece arrived smashed. Back it went.

I love it,I used in every special occasion and my table setting with the Corningware is look glamorous.

Awful merchandise and worse service

I ordered a Corningware casserole online. When it arrived, it was broken into shreds. I made numerous calls to Macy’s and spoke to both agents and supervisors. I sent pictures of the broken item. They have repeatedly denied my claim for a refund. Both the merchandise and the customer service were abysmal.

Great Casserole Dish, Lousy Lid.

I bought this item a couple weeks ago. The dish is fine, but the lid is not. It's too small for the dish, and if you're not careful to balance it just right, one end slides into the dish and into the food. It doesn't come anywhere close to fitting properly. I won't be using this much.

Poor quality

It arrived chipped. It is not the quality of Corning Ware. The glass top has no protected edges so no wonder it was broken when it arrived. Of course I returned it

The corningware piece is a perfect size and I like that it has handles!

Very disappointed :-( !

I received this casserole broken into several pieces. It was wrapped with just a bubble wrap. No wonder it broke. I am very disappointed with Macy's quality of the shipment. I have to return this product.
