We usually purchase this brand when we do our Target shopping. We have several different sizes of these. They have lasted us for a long time and still perform as well as they did when we first got them. We use them for cookie baking and Dino chicken nuggies. For the most part they are easy to clean. These would make a perfect gift for a newlywed couple.

The size is perfect for my baking needs. They are durable, slide nicely into the baking rack, oven or fridge. Perfect for cooling racks and bulk fermenting sourdough bread. I have had the pans and the bakers rack about a month now and I love it! A huge improvement to my home bakery.

Nordic Ware Naturals pans are an absolute dream. Id recommend them to anyone. The quality is superb, and this pan has held up after lots of baking and washing with no rust or bad scratches so far.

Nice pans; exactly as advertised

These pans are excellent, exactly as advertised. NB the little logo is raised and eventually may be tricky to keep clean or may make on imprint or dough or some such thing. Not a problem for me though!

Just what I needed. My older sheet pans were looking a little tough so I needed more that were sturdy and easy to clean. They get a regular workout. I typically use a silicon mat but the pans are still easy to clean. Love them!

When I worked in a restaurant, we used this type of aluminum pan, but they were much larger. This pan is a heavy aluminum and made as well as the ones used in the restaurant. I am very happy with this purchase.

I was disappointed. Dimensions posted were interior tray dimensions. Overall size is larger and did not fit my small oven. That said, return to store was made super easy by thoughtful associate who went to great lengths to make this transaction.

Received (2) 18" Half Baking Sheets. One of the sheets arrived in a fairly thick plastic protective bag, while the other sheet did not. The protected sheet arrived in perfect condition and, of course, the other arrived with scratches.

Doesn't fit in my GE oven

Warning: measure carefully! Sadly, the half-sheet doesn't fit in my standard GE oven. I bought a three-piece set & thus cannot return the half-sheet. My oven shelves curl upwards in the back instead of being flat, so fitting the sheet pan fully into the oven pushes the back end of the sheet up over the curled portion, tipping the sheet pan, causing the pan juices to spread unevenly & likely overflow. Rating: service, delivery, & quality excellent, but for me, value = zero if I cannot use it :(

I have used these pans to roast vegetables and baked dozens of cookies for the grandkids.

Best cookie sheet ever!

I was in the market for some new baking sheets, and I was so excited to find this Nordic Ware baking sheet! The pure aluminum sheet creates the most perfectly cooked cookies! It feels very high quality, very happy with my purchase.

I bought a silicone baking sheet and realized I needed a larger baking pan to fit it. My two nonstick baking sheets were near the point of no return anyway so I figured I try this one out. I am in love. It is so much lighter and easier to clean. Also, bring a novice cooker, it never occurred to me that a larger pan existed! It’s so nice to be able to spread out what I’m cooking.

Aluminum half sheet pan bakes evenly, washes easy

I was looking for something to replace my non stick baking pans. They discolor easily, warp, and bake unevenly.

The most useful piece in the kitchen. Excellent design and quality. My problem is that it gets damaged in shipping if not protected well by shipping packaging. All my trays have some sort of dents, scratches, or wear signs on the corners. Better protection would have solved these problems. I decided to keep them since they are irreplaceable in the active kitchen.

Best cookie sheets!!!

I have several cookie sheets that are more expensive, but, as an experienced baker, I love these so much more! When I bake cookies, the more expensive cookie sheets warp. When they go in the oven, you can hear and see them pop. After that, 2 diagonal corners warp up and 2 corners pop down. The cookies also brown too much on these more expensive cookie sheets. These Nordic Ware half sheet pans are professional quality, don't warp and brown evenly, all for a great price! I only use these for baking homemade cookies. You go to all the trouble to make homemade cookie dough, believe me, you want great cookie sheets. Love them! I got them online, and love shopping Walmart online!

Well made pans - made in the USA!

I was WAY overdue for new baking sheets. What better time to get new ones than before Thanksgiving and Christmas with all the baking we do during that time? I'm very happy with the two I bought. Searched a while for the right ones and trusted America's Test Kitchen's recommendation of this pan. Not easy to find just anywhere, either. Wasn't at the store with the three B's! Happy to find out Walmart had them! Although America's Test Kitchen reported that all the baking sheets they tested (including this one) warped temporarily, most returned to their normal shape after being out of the oven. Well, this one HAS NOT warped. I kept expecting to hear that funny sound once the pan was in the oven, but it's done fine! I DID prefer to get my pans at a brick and mortar, rather than order online, to be sure I got pans that I could verify weren't scratched or dented.

Wish It Wasn't Scratched...

I thought purchasing this online would mean I would get a pristine product. When I opened the shipping box I immediately noticed surface scratches. I still wanted to try the product but didn't want to risk getting another damaged pan. It fits perfectly in my oven and have used it several times for baking. It works wonderfully by giving me more surface area to bake on. Aside from the cosmetic defects, this pan is fine. If I could have purchased this at my local store, I would have to avoid that minor issue.

Excellent Quality

Found the Nordic Ware Half Baker sheet to be of excellent quality, durable and strong; not light weight or tinny. When placed inside over to store did not look like the oven door was going to close placing in vertically; but it did. However, the baker's tray DID NOT fit the width of my oven placing in horizontally; a studio size four burner stove not your standard size width. Never thought to measure before purchasing. Plan to keep and use to make cookies or when the need arises to bake as long as I am able to close oven door. Otherwise, would have been forced to return. So, beware and measure your oven first if considering to buy.
