Cornwall mocha natural

This rug is as described and pictured - pretty much greige in color, more or less oatmeal and taupe in tone. I was trying to tie together 2 rooms - one with a greyish/taupe rug, and the other with a wheat and charcoal/greige tribal rug. This rug did the trick as it's neutral. If you're looking for true grey or brown, it probably won't work. It has a higher profile cotton loop, oatmeal in color, and a lower greige flat weave. It is a very low profile with fringe that works well in our hall, as our back door clears it. I am posting photos of both sizes I ordered. An added bonus to me is that the rugs seem to be fully reversible, as shown in my photos. The "back" side appears striped with color blocks. They look cool either way, bur definitely a plus to be able to flip them over. The cottony loops feel soft on the feet, and they seem to vacuum well with some natural shedding off the wool. After a few days they seems to be lying pretty flat. If you're looking for a western vibe, then these are the ticket. I'm very happy with them and they didn't break the bank.

Happy with it

I was unsure of this rug when ordering but it turned out to be a centerpiece for my house. So many people comment on it when they enter. It is much softer than the pictures show.

Don’t Trust rugs direct

The rug is lovely and 5 stars in my opinion. But open it immediately and check the color. Rugs direct sent me the charcoal color when I ordered the mocha. We’re in the midst of renovations so I opened it a few days after the return window. Found out it wasn’t the right color and now the company pretty much told me I’m out of luck. Buyer beware!

Nice rug-just not what I ordered

I received rugs that are clearly mislabeled. I sent pictures of the rugs as well as pictures of the color it matches on their web site. I also sent pictures of The color the rugs are supposed to be from their web site. It has been in the Review department for about 2 weeks. I call but just get told that it is still in claims. Terrible customer service follow up.
