Tile arrived broken/severely damaged out of the box scattered all around in the back of the Home Depot delivery truck. Drivers were nice but told me at the end of our conversation and deciding to send it all back that they had already thrown a lot of the broken tile away. So, if I hadn’t sent it back, I would’ve received significantly less amount of tile but wouldn’t have been able to prove anything. Really wanted to use this tile but wasn’t worth the hassle. If they’d properly wrap the tile initially, this wouldn’t be an issue. Only the sides were covered with thin cardboard and reinforced with thin plastics wrap. Majority of the tile was completely open and exposed. You’d think with all the complaints they’d fix it. I refused the delivery and the driver called the store himself to initiate the refund. That was easy. Had I gone to the store to return myself, I could imagine the headache and problems.

Fireplace tile

The tile is unique and looks beautiful when it's installed in the herringbone pattern. It has a wave to it and is shiny.

Gorgeous tile. I ordered 5 boxes. It was shipped by FedEx in cardboard boxes with only bubble wrap on bottom and sides. Two boxes were extremely heavy, but even the single box of tile in one box was destroyed. 75 % of my order was chipped or broken in the middle. Mayfair originally wanted it shipped back, I requested not to because of the shards of ceramic. I had cut myself already and couldn't see how a shipper would allow that contents to be shipped. They agreeded to refund my purchase without returning it. Unfortunately the manufacturer wouldn't ship it other than FedEx so I purchased another tile that shipped it palletized and delivered it safely. Tile is priced competitive so I encourage you to check it out.

Really nice tile. We love the look of it. I'm giving it one star off only because so much of it came shattered in pieces. Wayfair did help us out and replaced some of the broken tiles. Over all it's really perfect for a shower or kitchen backsplash. I bought it in white and used a terra cotta grout and I used it in a shower too but I wanted terra cotta grout but the tile guy messed u and used white. But it looks fine for our cabin.

These were exactly what we wanted for this cottage bathroom renovation.

Opened the package this morning to find so many broken tiles. I would never buy it online from Lowe's anymore. Terrible experience

Finishing touch

The tile completed the look on n my master bathroom project. It complemented the rest of the finishes we put in and it really made our bathroom.

Love the color and rustic look of this tile in our spare bathroom.

So bummed! Waited 3 years to order these and the color is much bluergrayer than the inspo photo. I had a Wayfair magazine page pasted on my fridge to order these exact Santa Fe tiles. 10 broken tiles in 2 boxes. 3rd box was fine. Beautiful tile, just can’t use this color. Wondering if they sent me the blue The box said Bernalillo Green Tile.

Love this tile. Looks wonderful on shower wall. The issue is 5 boxes of this expensive tile arrived broken. Had to keep reordering.

STUNNING!

I was nervous installing this, but it turned out FANTASTIC! The green adds the most perfect color and vibe to our space without overwhelming you, as it's one of the first things you see when you walk into the house. I would buy this again and again.

Not sure what happened with this product or delivery but the way it was handled was awful. I have photos of how the product was received broken and stopped the order on the other products due to being stated damaged. Returned product.
