Just got new stove installed and super excited to start cooking up some amazing food. The large oven will be perfect for baking for my large family gatherings.

Haven’t had a chance to use yet but no issue with any damages, It was packed very well and it’s stunning. Went from electric to gas; I’m sure I’ll appreciate the change.

I could not be more excited to have this range, I’ve wanted one like this for years! I’ve long used gas cooktops, but have not before had an oven that used flame heat versus coils and I’m loving it! Cooks food so evenly and well, I can’t wait until our kitchen is finished so I can really up my cooking game!

Beautiful Oven

We just recently received the oven and are very impressed with the design and functionality. However, the knobs are a little bit hard to turn and gritty when you turn them. Hopefully that will loosen up when we start using it more and can enjoy it more.

STILL DOESN'T WORK! DO NOT BUY!

Paid over four thousand for a stove in September and now it's December, and the stove is sitting USELESS and NONFUNCTIONAL in my kitchen. Cosmo refuses to perform proper support! Lowes outsourced the delivery and the drivers dropped the stove off the back of the truck! WASTE OF MONEY! Cosmo customer support is the absolute worst! DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY COSMO PRODUCT!!!

If I could submit a review with zero stars, I would, but that is not an option. From the first day, this oven was a disaster and the customer service related to it was a double disaster. Immediately upon installation, one oven unit way overheated (as in, 100-degrees-plus) the other way under-heated. After a long phone conversation that was "recorded for quality assurance purposes," I received an e-mail asking all the questions that had been covered by the phone call. I then had to buy not one but two new oven thermometers so as to furnish sufficient serial photographic evidence that would assure the customer service people that a repair call was warranted. After said "repair," I made a birthday cake that I have made a thousand times; it was basically a soup with a burnt crust on top. The problem had simply reversed: the oven that overheated now underheated, and vice versa. Meanwhile, several of the stovetop knobs mysteriously shriveled, rendering the related burners unusable. More than a month after starting to lodge calls about this, I continue to get presumably-automated requests to confirm that the repair was successful. Needless to say, I am going to get rid of this huge piece of garbage and replace it with something from a business that somehow connects customer service with the idea of serving customers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not make the mistake of buying a product from Cosmo. You will waste so much time and money.

48” gas range

I am just getting installed into my kitchen remodel. Almost ready to use. I enjoy cooking and this is a dream coming true. I’m absolutely happy with this choice after shopping many makes/models and prices

This range is the perfect blend of Personal and Professional with aesthetics to match. We we looking for a range for out new home that handle lots of entertaining and this is perfect for that activity. This range is built for a lifetime.

Excellent range

Very nice looking range. We are very excited to have this in our kitchen part of our kitchen remodeling. Looks super amazing, my plumber will install this in a few days.

Love Cosmo

My only criterion for a good appliance is dependability. Every Cosmo appliance I've owned has lasted at least 15 years. That's why I chose this refrigerator. I'm almost certain it won't disappoint, but you can rest assured you'll be hearing from me if it does.

Cosmo has terrible customer service - do not buy

Both ovens have had overheating issues since day 1 so hot it melted tin foil to my oven & baking sheets

Susie's New Stove

We purchased this a month ago. Installed it ourselves and love everything about it. I have had the opportunity to use all 8 burners plus the griddle and both ovens. They all work great. Bought it on sale. Always wanted a bold statement added to our kitchen and this fit the bill.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE

I bought this oven and 8 months later the large oven stopped working. It took over 3 months to get a repair that I had to find a technician to rectify the problem. No one wants to do work for them because they also do not pay the invoice in any kind of reasonable time frame. This Company is awful to work with. I highly recommend you find another oven from another more reputable company.

Awesome Range!

I had this installed less than a week ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I researched extensively and always found great reviews and now I know why. It's sleek looking, easy to clean and cooks phenomenally. I love that there is a ledge over the knobs so they don't get splashed during cooking and therefore don't get dirty requiring extra clean up like other ranges. The blue lights are a nice touch as well. I highly recommend!

New stove

Family and I are loving the gas range. I recently made a rib roast that turned out amazing! A down side about it is there isnt a clock or timer that would come in handy while using the oven. Instructions on how to use the oven are also unclear. For example when I turned it one its said not to turn it clockwise when I need to turn it off but I couldnt turn it off otherwise.
