Beautiful file cabinet! Instructions were clear for the most part. Did have to contact Sauder directly for clarification on one of the steps. Their customer service is stellar! The only reason I’m giving the review 3 stars is because I found this file cabinet on the Sauder website for considerably less money than on the Wayfair website. Unfortunately, this was after the cabinet was already assembled.

Beautiful piece, assembled it by myself,would recommend 2 people to make it faster. Instructions were easy to follow as well. Sturdy well built %26 true to size. Love it!

This is a nice looking piece of furniture, but the drawers get sticky and sometimes won't open. I have had to take one out to get the other open at times which is not convenient.

Love this file cabinet, you can have both legal and letter size hanging files in same drawer. Only issue was the safety feature locking one drawer use at a time. I removed and it works great.

Perfect for our office. More involved to assemble but completed successfully.

Solid...great product

Great instructions...took a few hours to put together, but directions were good and the pictures were very helpful. Fit perfectly except for right side of lower drawer tends to catch on upper drawer. Probably just a small glitch in cutting of pieces but overall love it. Nice solid piece of furniture. Looks great!

This is my favorite lateral file. This was my second purchase to exactly match my first file cabinet. My first has been sturdy and looks so cute in my room.

VERY heavy. Looks great and holds a lot of files, but was difficult to assemble. The top is starting to come off due to moving it a few times and the rough assembly.

Took a while to assemble but the directions were spot on and all pieces for assemble were accounted for. Very Solid cabinet

Nice Product

Using as a lateral file and printer stand. Finish compliments my home office decor. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Unit arrived damage free and all parts present. On sale price was fair for particle board and printed wood grain paper construction, which has gotten a whole lot better than it used to be. Should last long enough to get me by until I get around to building my own custom wood furniture.

Nice product and great customer service

We moved our Costa Latereral file and matching desk a couple times losing the keys after the last move. Products held up well and Alexandra from customer service quickly fixed us up with new keys.

Love the product, but...

Received damaged top. Unfortunately we didn't look at each piece close enough before we began assembling it. By the time I noticed it, we were too far in to try and return/exchange it.

I only gave one star due to the pre drilled holes.If you use these holes, nothing will fit together flush.Drawers won’t close or lock. However, if you re-align the drawer tracks on all the drawers, and redrill the holes it will all line up and fit flush.Took a few hours to figure it out, but I made it work.
