Finished product is sturdy and meets expectations but there was a mar on the top and the assembly was complex. Seemed expensive for what we got.

Nice cabinet

The way the front panels connect to the drawers is a bit funky. Dont get why no bracket on them. Fingers crossed as otherwise it is a good looking and stury seeming unit

Exactly what I needed to organize the home office.

Awesome buy. Prettiest filing cabinet ever! Heavy piece of furniture. It took my hubby about an hour to assemble and adjust the drawers. So nice to not have to tuck it away instead its displayed.

Fatal flaw

The sides of the cabilet are attached to the bottom by a thin strip of particle board that is inserted into a groove. No other fasteners. The particleboard, of course, breaks with use. Serious design flaw.

I chose this file cabinet based off a picture online. I wish the color was a bit more gold as oak is.. the picture made it look a mix of brown and gold… it is really brown. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t real wood anywhere on the cabinet.. it was partial board and fake laminate wood… I knew it was in need of assembly, but I will say it was one of the hardest things we have ever put together… needless to say my husband was not excited to work on this … he has built many things so he was quite frustrated with how difficult and time consuming this was to put together … end result … it is together and in my house. Would I recommend it to anyone, probably not …

Solid file cabinet

I bought this file cabinet based on the reviews and the reviews were accurate. It is a very sturdy file cabinet and I put it together myself. It took a while, but with patience and attention to detail, it can be done. It holds letter and legal size hanging file folders. It's beautiful and larger than it appears online. I have my printer on top of it and there is room for more! Great quality piece of furniture for my home office for a very affordable price.

So nice I bought it twice

We originally bought one of these, but liked it so much we bought another to flank the Barrister Lane Cradenza we have. All are iron oak finish. We love them.

Very Solid cabinet. Took a few hours to put together. Faux wood appearance but does look good. I would but it again if I needed another one.

Just okat

I was hoping to use the drawers for other types of storage not just files. The bottoms of the drawers are really poor quality materials. The hanging files don't fit quite right. I wish I would have gotten something else

It is nice looking. But it’s pretty much pressed particleboard. In the corner of the top was damaged a little bit. I do not think it’s worth $300.
