Perfect for cold apartment

I have kept an oil type heater in my living room for years. It keeps the main room nice and cozy in the winter. It died and I really missed it last winter. This is my new one, more fancy too. So far that comfy feeling is back.

Damaged upon arrival and not instant refunds.

This item came damaged and the refund with Walmart is taking a full month after I received the item. This should have been checked before it was sent out. The item was packaged in Styrofoam, etc., so I do not think this happened during the shipment. The box looked like it had been opened before. I will not purchase with Walmart again.

Love this heater

I had bought several like this in years past. I love them!! I particularly like the fact that it will heat a bedroom on low and yet not get super warm to the touch (it shouldn’t burn you) when on high. Which is why I like them for children’s bedrooms. I ordered this for my daughter’s guest bedroom where I was staying. It was like a refrigerator in there. It took about fifteen minutes to heat the room up the first time. Eventually it will be used in the baby nursery. Baby isn’t sleeping in there yet.

Costway 1500-watt oil heater

I bought this heater 2/2023. Stored over spring and summer months. Started using this heater Dec. 1, 2023, and it doesn't produce a lot of heat. Not working so great. Cannot return it. I paid $100.00. Not happy.

Small But Mighty

I have a 225sqft bar shed in my backyard and I needed a small heater that could warm up the space but not take up too much space. So far, this heater is doing the job. It's small enough to stick in the corner, it heats up pretty quickly, and stays warm.

Quick heating and quiet

The apartment’s living room is very cold, so I get this heater to solve this problem. It is small but heated very quickly, quiet when heating and a very smart design of collecting the wire. With the Black Friday discount it is a very happy shopping experience!

Definitely a good purchase.

I purchased this Costway oil-filled radiator heater for my travel trailer for use in my first Idaho winter. It works very well and heats my entire trailer evenly and quietly. The 3-level power control is crisp and exact. The thermostat is smooth and precise. The handle on top of the heater is excellent for moving the unit, when hot, reducing the danger of being burned. There is a power light that remains on whether or not the the unit is turned on. Presumably, this is a safety feature to indicate that the heater is still plugged in, for those who would want to unplug it prior to leaving a residence. So far, I consider this to be a very good purchase. The only remaining question is longevity.

This appears to be a good heater. It did a good job of heating my Inlaw apartment living room after my fireplace broke down. Bought the heater to stay comfortable while waiting for the replacement parts for the fireplace.

One light only stays on all the time

I would like for the light to go off when I turn it off, but there is no light to just indicate it is on because the light that is there say the line as long as it’s plugged in. I have a similar one that works much better and let’s have more heat Faster. It’s OK nothing special here than cheaper quality is fair. I have others that are the same kind of radiator heaters that work much better.

Very effective product

I had a conventional heater, but it made the air too dry... So I decided to try out a radiator heater. I like the design/structure of this product because of how convenient and useful this product is. Especially the universal wheel and cord management on the side. It's definitely way quieter and not taking away the moisture in the air. As a first-time user, I highly recommend this product.

Warms up quick!

This little heater does a great job at keeping the place warm. The heat in my old apartment building isn't the most reliable. The heat went out for about a week and it was 12 degrees outside. We got this heater to help me out and I am glad I did. The heater keeps my living room plenty warm and the controls are so easy to use. I like this heater better than those fan ones because I feel that these types of heaters are safer and reduce the chance for a fire. I would recommend this heater to anyone to help keep them warm this winter!

Works well. I'm satisfied :)

Keeps my den cozy. I turn on to 1500 watts in the morning then after an hour turn down to 600 to maintain the heat and save on the electric bill. It's quiet and doesn't crackle on startup as much as my other oil heater. The hinged handle is convenient for moving it around. Assembly was super simple. Happy customer :)

Not much heat

I have to admit I'm pretty disappointed with the heat output of this unit. Mine is in a small 12' x 12' room and I can barely feel the heat. If you put your hand right next to it you can feel the heat but step a foot or two away and it isn't much even when on its highest setting. I keep checking it to make sure it is still on. On the plus side it is very nice looking and has good safety features so I don't have to worry about my dogs knocking it over.

Small compact oil radiator heater, good for small room

This year I decided to get an oil radiator heater to keep each rooms warm instead of turning the on the central furnace. I decided on Costway radiator heater because of pervious excellent experience with their portable AC unit.Costway 1500W oil radiator heater is shipped in a solid box. Out of box there are not too many things to put together, mainly the caster wheels. In less than 5 min you are ready to use the radiator.The radiator is smaller than I expected. But it is still heavy and solid. Caster wheels help to be able to move the heater around the house easily. The Turn knobs to turn on/off and control the level of heat is at one end of radiator. Basically, just turn on with one knob and set the heat level with another. For me I am using the heater in a 200sq ft room so I always use it at the highest heat possible. Overnight when the temperature starts to drop, the heater slowly warm up the room. It is a gradual process unlike fan-based heater or central furnace. By morning the bed room where I am using the radiator, the temperature is 3-4F higher than outside of the room. The is with door open. I am sure the temperature will be higher if the door is closed.I have been using this oil radiator almost every night for 2 months to keep the temperature comfortable in the room while sleeping. It works better than expected. This also save some energy bill without turning on the central furnace all night. 5-star for Costway 1500W oil radiator heater.
