Damaged

Shipping box didn’t appear damaged but one of the shelves was bent. Hard to believe they packaged it and didn’t notice. Return process is a pain, can’t bring it back to the store.

Fit for purpose.

Bought for my Daughter and it's brilliant, strong and holds a lot of clothes. Value for money and easy to erect.

I understand its relatively cheap and isn't going to be top quality, but this may be the worst product I have ever ordered. 1 star is overly generous.

Strong and holds a lot of weight

I got this as didn’t have a rail in my closet and rented the property so couldn’t put one in. It’s very large and sturdy I trimmed the upper poles slightly to fit the space and it worked great! The instruction and the adjustable shelves are easy to figure out and adjust. Getting the upper part into position was a little tricky but with fine with a second person. The poles are very strong/ sturdy and it holds quite a lot of clothes and weight doesn’t seem to be an issue

Solid and good value for money

Easy to put together, solid and feels strong only comment is the the bottom and left rails are not fixed so while they won't fall off they slide backwards and forwards so I ended up using tape to stick them down! But can adjust the heights and shelves and its just what we needed.

It's an OK wire organizer. Sturdy, functional, easy to assemble and will last many years. You can see from the pics that the wires on the shelving are a bit flimsy and bent. But it wasn't due to poor packaging or damage in shipping, it was actually from the zip ties being too tightly zipped to keep the parts together in the box! Tell the ziptie guy at the factory to loosen up!! But structurally, it is very sturdy. Don't listen to the other reviewers. You need a rubber mallet to knock down the shelves to the plastic connectors for a tight grip. Once I did that it was solid. As for the reviewer that said it was hard to put together, I'm 4'11" woman who barely ever puts together furniture and it took me less than half an hour by myself. It's not hard, just follow the instructions. Overall good for the price.
