I've been using this air purifier for a good while now. It's been great. It works well and runs very quietly. The backlights on the buttons are really bright at night, but other than that this has been a fabulous item!

No replacement filters

Works great until you need a new filter. Can’t find them anywhere online, I’ve looked everywhere for anything close to the dimensions. Frustrating to spend that much on a purifier when I could’ve just gotten a different brand that actually has filters available.

Works Great! Air purifier does just what it’s suppose to and is exactly as described. Super easy to operate and is ready to use right out of the box. Purifier comes with 2 filters, make sure to take plastic bags off filters before using. The back easily comes off and on and snaps shut with a magnet. Ring on panel tells if air is excellent, good or bad by light colors and will automatically adjust setting according to air quality. Purifier is QUITE and will sit on floor or tabletop. Vacuum cleaner in photo will give you an idea of purifiers height. I bought two for about 1500 sq. ft. and I am completely satisfied with the performance. Items were well packaged and super fast shipping so no worries there. Highly Recommend!

Although it worked fairly well, it's impossible to find replacement filters. Multiple sources were searched and the manufacturer Costway says there are non available and they can't help! Home Depot should stop selling this unit immediately!

I wanted a simple air purifier and this is ok. I cannot plug in and use it by while other appliances are also plugged into the same outlet. It cannot be used in places with high temp, humidity, or wet body such as a bathroom because it has the potential to leak electricity and cause shock. Kitchen too is a no no due to grease damage. It was a challenge with the air filter since you must turn it upsidedown to access. The concave top causes much imbalance as I was told. It works wonderfully. The timer feature works perfectly and this machine runs well.

I absolutely love this Air Purifier and I would buy multiple units BUT there is a drawback. Costway is the only manufacturer of this model Air Purifier and the replacement air filters are available here on this website and they are constantly out of stock, not to mention the charcoal air filter that is a 2nd filter for this unit. The charcoal one you can find on Amazon but not with just the charcoal filter. You have to purchase a white HEPA filter that you can not use in order to get the charcoal filter. I wish Costway would have a package deal for the white HEPA filter for this unit and the charcoal filter for this unit available for purchase, but they do not!!! No this unit is on clearance it will be more difficult and eventually you will not be able to use this model unit once you can not find any replacement filters for it!! This is so frustrating and wish Costway or even Amazon would make this available to the consumer. If it were not for this one factor, I would purchase 2 more units of this model! I actually do love the unit but eventually will become useless!!!!!

Work Well

We got this air purifier for our baby's room, just to get rick of some dust and odors. We've been using it for a month now, and it works great. This one has a safe lock, very helpful, since the baby likes to touch a lot of things. And you can adjust it to different modes, we usually use it in the daytime.

Absolutely horrible experience - bought the unit for my severe allergies and can t get a replacement filter for months. Do not buy this unit.

This air purifier really works perfectly for my one bedroom apartment. It has been on 24 hours a day and working great since I got it about 2 months ago.

So far so good. We'll see when I clean the filter for the first time.
