worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had
I absolutley love Anthropologie and have been shopping / ordering stuff from here for years. BUT we ordered two of these rugs, one runner and one 3x5 in the blue color and we received the green color of this rug 3 different times. And while customer service was very helpful in trying to correct these issues, it’s extremely frustrating. Finally, when we received the correct color rug, the chemical smell was so strong we had to return it again. The rug was beautiful, but not worth this hassle.
