Find yourself another bed.
The wood on this bed is of poor quality, peeling easily despite no exposure to moisture. It constantly peels across the entire bed, indicating a significant defect. Given the price, you can find better options elsewhere.

The bed is gorgeous and everything we had hoped it would be. The quality and color are perfect. Sadly, like the dresser, the shipping was prompt but the delivery was horrible.
Huge beautiful bed frame! We absolutely love this bedframe! It is very large and longer than usual because of the "sleigh" but this is absolutely gorgeous. As you can see, our prior nightstand looks tiny so now we're upgrading those too! This set is SUPER heavy and so far super durable. Beyond pleased with this purchase!

I love it! It’s a very heavy, substantial piece of furniture, but well worth the effort if you assemble yourself.
Our Bed was delivered cracked down the side, missing pieces, and the company who delivered it scratched and left indentions in our new floors that the flooring company said are not fixable. The headboard is extremely heavy and they needed more than 2 people who are experienced to deliver the bed. It’s been over a week and we have not yet heard anything back about replacing the side. Called again today and was told someone would call later. I think the bed looks beautiful but it has been a very stressful experience.
Bed is beautiful. Arrived, broken but Luckily I own a furniture shop and was able to mostly repair the damaged beam. I think damage may have been moisture releasing causing a plank to split and warp. Otherwise it is a nice bed and assembled well. I installed alone but this should be a 2 person job if your not skilled.
