This is the second set we’ve purchased. We use them at home (my kids have allergies) and also in our rentals and they’ve been great. They are waterproof and don’t make all of those terribly crinkly noises!

Directions are present for installation; and there is reference to.machine washable & dry. However, even with low heat,(my call; no directions for that) the sides melted at first wash.

Mine was NOT waterproof.

I am one who always tries to find the good in everything. This is a very well-made mattress cover/protector. It fit our new mattress very well and was pretty easy to put

Just as described. Having dogs I want to protect my mattress. This does not make any crinkle noises like some and was easy to put on my mattress by myself. Very pleased with this purchase.

It’s made of plastic, not cotton

I bought this mattress protector because it was advertised as 100% cotton. I don’t need it to be waterproof, we don’t have bed wetters in our home and we keep temps cool at night. I’m trying my best to take care of my health and avoid unnecessary plastics where I can. Keeping a healthy, natural fiber barrier between my body and my very toxic mattress is important to me. This is the second mattress cover I’ve purchased that was advertised as 100% cotton on the packaging and in the description, only to read on the label after purchasing and opening, that the entire product is polyester and polyurethane with a sheer, poor quality cotton layer over the top of one of six sides. Polyester is not only one of the worst materials for your long-term health, it also makes you sweat and feel itchy. Yes it’s resistant and long lasting, but cotton, wool, bamboo and other natural fibers are better at controlling your temperature and resisting bacteria, fungus and mold. The 2 stars are because if you like polyester in your home then this cover is good, it fit the mattress well, with a little room to spare around our standard mattress, and it was easy to put on and zip up. It seems well constructed.

AllerEase Cotton Mattress Protector

This mattress protector is kind of a mixed bag...there are some pros and some cons. Con: it's a little tough to get on the mattress, especially if doing it alone. It will get there, it just might take you a little longer. And the fit is not as good as I would have hoped; a little bunchy in some places.

Easy to use & wash!

I love this mattress protector! Not only is it waterproof & easy to place on a bed because of their elastic FlexFit corners to easily cover your mattress. This product is also great if you have allergies since it has a allergen barrier included. Very easy to wash in the washer & dry since this protector is made out of cotton. I've had a few accidents with my kids & their drinks in the room but this bed protector did it's job in keeping my mattress very dry even with the messes.

Love how it zips

I got this allerease zipped mattress protector and it went on pretty easy. I love how it zips around the entire mattress so it will not fall off of the mattress like sheets can. Not nosey like some of the mattress protectors can be. It’s softer then I expected it to be and is good quality. You can fit the fitted bed sheets right over this protector. You can still feel the comfort of the mattress with this on top. Happy with this protector!

Nice and protective

As someone with the worst allergies I'm glad to have recieved this product. It's doing its job, specifically with the pet dander because we have alot of animals. And with animals and children that extra protection for spills and stains Is great. Fits my mattress perfectly and I'm glad its machine washable. Good quality.

Perfect for our mattress

I put this out on our mattress and I am so happy with it. It fits perfectly. It will protect your mattress from any undesirable object, liquid or whatsoever. Just make sure to vacuum it first before putting it. Instruction was very easy to follow and putting it together is also easy. Highly recommended
