It is so hard to find a 100% cotton comforter !! For how thin this is compared to polyester filled comforters, it is so warm and feels great, like a cotton quilt. its not too thin though to where it doesnt fill out my duvet! It says Bright White but it is more yellow than my white cotton sheets. I think in summer i might use just a blanket because this inside a duvet is pretty warm for hot sleepers. It also washes really easy. I put it on delicate cold with free & clear detergent. Then low in the dryer. It dries actually really fast! I use mine as a duvet insert, even though it has no tabs to tie it in one. It stays in place. It feels quite hard before you wash it, but softens up a lot after. It was pretty expensive, but worth it to me. Lastly, there is way less static on my bedding from it all being cotton now. basically none! and I dont use dryer sheets or anything. :) Less

These all-cotton duvets are very nice, though I feel they're a bit heavy/thick. I think one less layer of cotton inside would've been ideal for us.

This is a nice, large blanket. It is warm—a little too warm for spring and fall for me. I think that’s because I am used to cotton weave blankets that let the air circulate a little more.

Very bad, feels like a paper not  comforter. No cotton feeling just a fake fabricated advertise. Makes noise when moving around the comforter when the house is quiet because it doesn’t feel very soft. It’s very rough feeling comforter. I give 0 out of 10. Very unhappy. Lost over 170 for two.

Thin and lightweight.

This is a very thin lightweight comforter.

Great blanket - a touch oversized for twin which is great. The blue color in person is exact as photographed on the site. I'm very happy with this purchase - good quality product and the sale price made it a great deal.

Worth Buying

I got this for my son. He says it's good, but didn't rave about it. I like that it's cotton. I like the choice of colors. The price was reasonable.

Not soft

If you like a nice, soft, quiet blanket, this is not the blanket for you. It is still not soft after washing and makes a loud, crunchy noise.

We love the idea of a fresh cotton filled blanket, but the blanket was so noisy that we had to retire it.

it’s cotton but not soft

when I opened the package the comforter is very thin. the outer cover is stiff and somewhat “crunchy”! I washed it before I put it on the bed and added lots of fabric softener and cold water as directed. it took a fairly long time to dry fully and was rather wrinkled. I slept with it and no sweating at all. i decided to wash it again adding ample fabric softener and lots of dryer sheets while drying it. still came out pretty wrinkled. I will keep it and just keep washing it until it softens up. I did find it cheaper elsewhere, even less than on macys super sale.

Been using this blanket for a year and it’s still wonderful . Great loft not as hot as down but certainly warm for winter use

100% cotton filled and cover!

100% cotton inside and out..washes well and the perfect weight for spring summer fall in nyc....actually bought a second as these are hard to find!

Yes

Nothing beats 100% cotton. I love the crisp cotton feel of this comforter. It is lightweight but keeps me warm.
