The delivery, installation and operation of the TOTO MS988CUMFG#01 NEOREST RH Dual Flush 1.0 or 0.8 GPF Toilet exceeded all my expectations. Good, competitive price. VERY quick shipping with well packed product in a sturdy box. Easy to follow instructions not requiring a rocket scientist or any special tools or materials. And, the operation of the toilet is both easy AND effective. I definitely recommend this product to others!

Was I actually? Yes. Is it worth the money? You better believe it.Honestly the best toilet I've ever used in my life. Yes it's expensive, and yes, it is a nightmare to install. But my goodness, is it worth it. Get it, enjoy life, simultaneously flex on and make your guests uncomfortable by putting it in the guest bathroom.

I didn't perform the install it so I can't remark, the plumber didn't seem to have an issue. This is the best appliance I've bought my entire life! Get one, you'll love it.

Leaves you and the toilet clean

Best toilet! I had a neorest toilet in 3 different houses, one was for 12 years! Never a problem. Toto makes great toilets.

Are you a man?

Pros: This toilet will make your wife the happiest person on the block.Cons: Toilet needs to be installed in it's own closet within the bathroom, otherwise, if installed like a normal toilet, next to a sink/tub, it will automatically sense that since you are in the bathroom, it will open it's lid and prepare the toilet with a squirt of water, even if you're not there to "go".If you are a man, and not patient, you won't want to use the bidet mode. It sprays lots of water and you'll get very wet "down there" and "back there". The built-in dryer won't be sufficient to dry you in a few minutes. Closing up shop with a damp crotch is not an option, you will need to keep a hair dryer at the ready to finish what the toilet cannot do. Jock itch and crotch rot is a real thing. Use a hair dryer.Toto toilets flush themselves, they know when you're finished. Yes, you can trigger a courtesy flush while you're still sitting, but it will always flush when you get up and walk away, or in a man's case, while you are drying your crotch with a hairdryer. You may be inclined to go to the bathroom with a visitor to explain how your Toto toilet works. STOP, don't go there. Especially if that person is of the opposite sex. It's disgusting to explain how to go to the bathroom to another human.We purchased two Toto toilets three years ago. They both work as advertised. Be careful to follow the install instructions "before" having your bathroom roughed in. The plumbing and electrical must be followed to the "T".

Makes me happy every time I use it

Very complex installation. If I wasn't remodeling the bathroom and able to do all the prep according to instructions, would have needed to add much additional cost for plumber & electrician. Once water supply and outlet were installed correctly, installation wasn't too bad. While it's an investment, given the cost, I enjoy using it every time, love the bidet features, and the automatic lid and flushing are really cool. Not one thing annoys me about it after using it for a week, very happy with this model and look forward to years of service, which will help reduce some of its cost by using much less toilet paper. :)
