We really enjoy how this carpet makes our deck feel more homey. It lies down well and does not move when walking on it or moving the chairs around. It is holding up well with repeated rains, and it's not fading and it's first year. I was not happy with the way it was shipped, however. it was folded, which means they were lines in it initially where the folds were. A previous one was shipped, wrapped around a hard-core cardboard interior. This also made it easier to store for the winter.
