Not the best quality

Parts started to crack as we put it together. Not very strong but looks good.

Arrived damaged with no obvious impact on external packaging. Arrived late due to delay. Delay may have been from 3rd party or shipper.

Nice looking but quality is sorely lacking

I assembled most of storage chest and I liked the appearance of it and it was heavy. Quality, not so much.

Got wrong piece ordered it took a while to come in then realized they had another wrong piece in box

Very Strong Product

I know the weight capacity is 250 but I'm 350 and this thing holds me no problem. I could probably jump on it and it would hold no problem. Now I'm not sure what would happen with repeated use at my weight. I do not plan to sit here, the rest of my family and company can sit there :) I was just a tester haha. They used real wood and some MDF/HDF in this product. I can't believe this product was only $200. This feels like an expensive heavy piece of furniture. I'm going to buy a second one.

We really like the mud bench. We did have a problem with cushion, but customer service was excellent and we had a replacement shipped. Assembly reasonably easy with the exception of the front sliding doors. We’re very happy.

very nice quality

This is a very well made bench. For the bench itself it is rated 5, but the directions are not clear. It took some time to figure out how the inside vertical walls went in. If they are wrong the front doors will not slide. They need tobe rotated 180 degrees to install properly. The coonectors all screw in making it very solid.

Good quality but doors don’t fit

The bench is good quality and the cushion is comfortable. Assembly is not very straightforward with the diagrams given. Doors do not fit. I took the whole thing apart and tried again and they still not fit so I will probably have to throw them away. We bought this because we liked the look with the doors so it’s disappointing.

This storage bench is classy enough to use in a main living room while still storing kids’ toys. It was easy to assemble and the doors roll open smoothly. The gray cushions are firm; a little blah but you could get cushion covers for them.

I love the bench. I put it in my master bath . It’s nice to sit and dry my hair or put my shoes on.

Ok for the price. Doors get stuck

Looks nice but the sliding doors get stuck really often.
