Good filters

Though these are expensive filters, they do the job of filtering the air, very well. I have 2 cats, so it helps tremendously with cat litter odors, and dander in the air. I change these filters every 6 months.

Wildland fire air purifier

I live in the Pacific Northwest and fire is a way of life. I purchased the 400 solely for this reason and it has been a lifesaver. We have had several hazardous air weeks and the 400 worked flawlessly. An absolute necessity, well worth every penny

The $400 brand new Airmega Max2 didn't work . I called their customer service and was told that this happens with this product.

Airmega 400 Max2 Leach mega chemical smells

The Filters for this 400 filter sold here and on Amz are bad. Conway you know these filters are bad. They leach stinky chemical smells into your house. AND YOU ARE 100% AWARE OF THIS ISSUE.. This issue Affects us the good customers that make up your profit revenue stream. Most people never notice because they have other pleasant smelling fragrances covering up the stink of the Coway filters. I have 2- blueair 211+ and 1 Bissell air 220 both filters also use carbon. SO its quite easy to smell my Blueair 211+ and my Bissell air 220 and then I smell my Coway and it's disgusting. SHAME ON YOU COWAY FOR TRYING TO SILENCE THIS ISSUE AND HOPE NO ONE NOTICES IT! You sell one of the most expensive air filters that is nothing more then a show piece because it stinks up your house with a chemical smell. The ignorance of you! American people do not appreciate ignorance like you display as a company turning a blind eye to this issue. Take the hit and fix your garbage filters. All the clone filters have the exact same chemical stink. If you didn't know. Now you know! Coway is ran by people who are helpless. They do not respect american's and are money spent. In a sense they are stealing from you.

Making life easier post transplant.

New filters at one year mark. We believe in having the AirMega purifier we purchased right before my husband’s stem cell transplant in November 2022. It gave my husband confidence that the air in our house would be clear and safe for him during this difficult time in his life.

Great air purifier, but…

Excellent product, cleans air and remove odors as advertised but don’t be fooled by the 1year filter duration. In my case the filter lasted about 5 months before I had to change it. Maybe you’ll get one year if you run it in the “smart” setting or at slow speed but anything faster than that and the filter’s life is reduced. Definitely I’d recommend to buy this purifier if you don’t mind changing the filter more often than what is advertised.

I use the Airmega 300. It is great.

Even the wrapping is 5-star. It comes off so easily. Love this air filter. Such a top of the line product.

purchased NEW two weeks ago when it showed in stock. received in about a week but had to return. box looked like it was year old and wasn't sealed. the filters inside wasn't sealed in plastic. no way i can tell if it was used.

Damaged Merchndise

The package of filters arrived promptly (3 days) with intact shipping box. One of the filter's plastic wrap was open and the filter damaged. The other filter was fine. Considering the use of HEPA filters, one is useless due to the damage. Not likely to order from Walmart again.

The Airmega 400 is highly recommended.
