This is a great fan. Way nicer than the hunter fan that we installed in our bedroom. Actually returned another hunter fan we bought so I could install another of these!

Easy for my contractor to install and runs quietly. We have used this fan for many projects and it has always been a solid choice without issues.

Switch Burned up--literally melted -- Scary!
Installed this fan -- Frustrated at first, because the wiring must have two separate wires for the light and the fan. Otherwise, they do not operate separately. I only had one wire, so light and fan were on the same power. I unplugged the light (we have ceiling cans), so it's just a fan. BUT the switch it came with MELTED and burned up. Smells like burnt plastic... Scary situation that thankfully didn't lead to a fire.

This fan looks great in our house--looks fancy, but isn't that expensive.
Buy After Market Switches before you install.
The Wall Switch that come with the Fan is CHEAP. Two (2) of the Four (4) Fans the Wall Switches were bad. When you put the Switch on High, let the light stay on for a bit and then it Flashes like a strobe light.
It is beautiful, my client just loves it.
