Never AGAIN will I buy a carpet online except:

I have ordered my last six carpets from Rugs.com. How it started was I purchased a rug from another mail order and like everything else, I wanted it yesterday! After a three month battle with my visa getting involved my plush carpet arrived. Instead of the beautiful carpet I ordered I got a 1/8” piece of foam with a screen print of the design I ordered and the only way I could get credit was to ship it back (my expense) to China (supposedly the warehouse was in NYC) which would cost triple what my $130 piece of foam cost. I should have known when my carpet was delivered in a mailing envelope. So I saw an ad from Rugs.com a made in America Company. The prices were better than going out locally so I decided to try. I received my carpet within 1-2 days delivered by Fed-X in a well wrapped roll. The carpet is exactly like the photos, pricing great and customer service excellent. I received a text when it shipped with tracking and the date I should receive it. So far after six carpets they have never missed their date plus in most cases freight is paid! I had a question on one carpet I received ( not a problem) sent an e-mail and received an instant answer from a person at 10pm! That almost never happens in todays world. I have loved all my carpets with my last being a 7x10 Eden, beautiful!
