Pan is really good quality and performs as advertised. Hold heat for a long time even after turning off range. The handle does get hot, be careful.

We love this sauce pot and use it and the larger version pretty much every day. So much better than our old cookware. We're thrilled we went with Caraway and will be adding to our collection.

We love this Caraway saucepan. Having recently upgraded to an induction stove, this works perfectly and is so easy to clean.
Not compatible with wolf induction oven
Not induction ready. Thought my new range was broken so had the warranty team out. These pans have a bow in the bottom so they are not effective induction pans. Sadly I am past my window to return them too. What a waste of money so angry.

Quality and user friendly
The quality is good. However the lid handle and the pot handle are too hot right after cooking. It should use some materials that to avoid the heat.
Best Cookware I Have Ever Owned
The solid lid stays in place, and food doesn’t stick to the bottom. If you follow the directions, these pans are perfect!
