These are easy to clean and seem pretty versatile. I am very interested to see how these hold up as we have white pans now, and they easily stained over the course of the first few uses. Not a huge fan of the single handle, but it’s multi-purpose for use on all the pans. Even heat distribution but you can tell these are fairly inexpensive pans.
