Love the color. Not heavy like cast iron. I have not purchased a cast iron anything because of the weight and seasoning process. Easy to handle, even when the Dutch oven has a meal in it! Best of all, I didn't need to season it or worry about rusting. Clean up was not a problem. Thank you Caraway for another great product!
Obsessed!
This is easily going to be my new go-to. I find typical cast iron has a bit of a learning curve and this I can get all the benefits of cast iron without all the extra steps. I love the color ways and it feels. Already cooked a couple stews in it and SO impressed.
