The rug is very nice. The one problem is that it was FOLDED instead of being ROLLED for delivery. It is hard to get the wrinkled folds out in order for the rug to lay flat. We ordered a 8’6” x 12’ rug. We are in our 70’s and have had quite a problem trying to remove the folds. We resorted to laying weighted boards on sections to hopefully correcting this problem.
I ordered this runner rug to match my living room. I have been very happy with the living room rug and knew the runner would be the same quality. When I put the new runner in the hallway my five-year old granddaughter kept laying down on it. She said it was so soft she could sleep on it. When my grandchildren were sitting on the living room rug to play and then learning to walk, and until they started to school, they spent their days with me and lots of time on the rug. It still looks good and I am still happy with it, I have purchased several Safavieh rugs and have been very satisfied with their quality.
