One bowl arrived chipped with a big crack. I don't think one could use these every day. I really like the color and the design. Very attractive place setting. Very expensive even though I got 40% off. I bought my first set of 16 a few years ago and paid in the upper 20's for it. Now you are asking $90 full price.

Gorgeous plates

The colors on these plates are terrific and I really like the contrast of the gold and blue. We have had these for about four months and so far they are holding up to our everyday wear. I keep checking back to see if there are more products available with this pattern because I like it so much!

Pictured item not is not what I received

I have been waiting for a ajustment with one of my orders, witch I think these dishes are seconds or send the item back as defective, my fith contact with no results.

Beautiful Set

I was looking for a new set of dishes that was both dishwasher and microwave safe. This set fits the bill while also being beautiful. Simple, elegant, and practical. The bowls are just the right size as are the rest of the pieces.

Love the pattern but one broke

I love the pattern and dishes but one salad plate cracked in half and broke and I had only had them a few months at most. I wish you could buy single replacements.

Nothing like the photos more

Nothing like the photos more if a gray blue and flowers on plates were dull. Purchased 2 sets and returned them. Disappointed that the company dies not partner with a shipping company to help customers with cost to ship back items.

Best of both worlds

We've always loved Pfaltzgraff stoneware for their durability and style. This set is no different. They're so pretty, clean easily and they don't get hot in the microwave like most other dishes do.

The quality of the dishes was fine. However, the color does not look the same as in the picture on website. The dishes actually have dark gray circular lines in the dinner plates and lunch plates. It looks as if the dishes lost coloration due to wear and tear. The picture on webpage showed a light gray swirl design which resembled a shell....perfect for a beach home. Not the actual case. I will be returning the dishes and choosing something else as Wayfair has so much to choose from.

Pretty but...

The bowls are very small. Be sure to get serving or salad bowls as well.

I have owned Pistoulet for many years, 20+ years to be exact and just purchased Winterberry for the holidays. I was going to purchase Sawyer to replace my Pistoulet as they have served us well but I need a change and they need to be replaced seems to be the exact color and style that would suit me. However, after reading the reviews about Sawyer I will not order. My main disappointment after reading the reviews is that it seems the customer service is nonexistent. I am disappointed that the dishes should show little cracks, it shows poor manufacturing and should be replaced by the company (just my feedback. However, in saying this, I had holiday dishes from another seller which cracked, the seller continued to honor and replace the cracked dishes, but the replacements also cracked. My money was refunded after 4 holiday seasons without a problem. This is how I now ended up at Pfaltzgraff for the Winterberry and am praying I have no problems. The score above is for the Pistoulet and not the Sawyer which I will not buy thanks to those who took the time to place a review.

Plates don't fit in my dishwasher!

I love the look of my new dishes but the big dinner plates are too tall for the bottom rack of my dishwasher and impede the upper wash arm, so I am stuck washing by hand. I have a normal sized built in dishwasher, so I never thought I'd have to think about how tall my plates are. At first, the blue glaze around the rims was very rough/unfinished feeling but after a few washings they have smoothed out. Also, customer service was super great as two dishes arrived damaged but they were replaced hassle free within a week of my dishes being delivered. I am hoping to get 28 years of service of these like my previous Pfaltzgraff dishes.

Hairline crack

I've discovered that these dishes are not as durable as the phaltzgraff that I'm used to. Hairline cracks are appearing.:-(

Ordered 2 sets and only 1 set is the same as the ordered one other one is completely different and cheaper quality.

If I could give this a zero I would!!!

I have gone through probably 6-7 plates. Each time I take them out of the dishwasher or microwave I am seeing hairline cracks that run through the front and back. I have been told that (each time I email or call) to take a picture and I do! send it in and I do! I fell in love with the pattern so I kept trying. Last time I called they offered a refund. Now, after the latest crack they're saying on any "unused" product. I can not tell you how upset I am with this "company" they have taken my money and offered an inferior product with no consideration. Pfaltzcraft is not what it used to be. My original dishes lasted over 20 years!! I am so upset with the customer service and terrible dinner plates that crack time and time again. I even offered to send them all back because they insinuated my lack of honesty. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered two sets and apparently that money is not coming back to me.

Just love this dishes! They are very attractive with their neutral finish. I also was very pleased with the customer service I received. Unfortunately, one of the salad plates was broken. When I called about my problem, I received excellent service and would highly recommend purchasing from Wayfair again!
