Worthless company, no support, no communication

Manufacturing defects noted at time of unpacking. Contacted Twin Star within the hour and entered a fix-it ticket to try to get resolution. No response from 3 ticket inquiries entered into their system over a week's time. No feedback, no resolution, Returned the unit to seller, will buy any other brand but Duraflame/TwinStar

Stopped working

Last winter I used this model of Duraflame, as I owe another model. Unfortunately this one doesn't turn on. Changed remote batteries and still doesn't work. Need help or replacement

We just received your stove on 9-30-22 purchashed it few days before. Nice looking stove heats nicely but.....shipment was not good. It was given to a neighbor down the road she delivered it after keeping it overnight into next day. we are new to the neighborhood

Comfortable warmth

I love this heater. I am wrapped up in a blanket. All I have to do is press the remote and turn it on .

Very happy with purchase

I bought 2 - one box was messed up in shipping so the heater makes loud noises and it’s part of the flame as I turned the heat off and it still made the noise. I’m really hoping I can exchange it as the other one is perfect!

Heats pretty well and looks good doing it.

Great little heater. Just enough to take the chill off on cold Michigan nights in my big old farmhouse bedroom. Made well and the cat loves to nap near it.

I love this Duraflame Free Standing Quartz Electric heater. It heats a large room well. The remote control works great. It looks like a small fireplace so it blends with my furniture nicely.

cute and functional

We got this for a 3-season porch. Warms the area nicely. Adjustable heat level is nice. Small in size so check the measurements .

Disappointing

The stove was very small and had plastic legs you had to attach! Looked cheap, and the logs did not light up to look like flames, very disappointing.

Duraflame replacement bulb

Nice little stove heater. Issue we had, was finding a replacement bulb for the flame effect.
