Perfect Chair For A Bigger Person
I am a huge fan of Serta memory foam mattress pads. I purchase a new queen size Serta memory foam pad from this site every two years. I use it for our beds, guest beds and for our dog beds. Therefore making this purchase seemed like an easy choice. The Serta Home Office Chair with Memory Foam Padding is A+ for comfort. I am a tall, solid stock Norwegian that finds most chairs to small for comfort. I really like the option to use the rollers or feet for the legs. Gave it four stars as the office chair is already showing signs of wear on the arms at 10 months. The chair is used three days a week at my office.
Initially, the chair was very comfortable and plush. I purchased the white version and it quickly became dirty and matted. After one year or so the arm started to detach. Price and quality mismatch.

Invest elsewhere
I bought this chair a year ago and agree with other reviews the sherpa is completely matted. Although still comfy it doesn’t look the same anymore and it’s not worth the investment.

Perfect for a full day of school or work
I have recently begun taking full-time online college courses and realized my old desk chair wasn't going to work for being in front of my laptop 8 hours a day. Although I had planned to get something vinyl or leather for durability, the Serta name convinced me to branch out. This chair did take a little maneuvering to get all of the screw holes to line up, but once it was put together, it was well worth the effort. This is every bit as comfortable as sitting on my couch so I no longer have to dread spending 8 hours at my desk.
This is a great chair but the packaging had bugs in it
Super soft and comfy! Also nice that I don’t have to worry about scuffing the walls or desks when bumping the edges. FYI… Takes 2 strong people to assemble the back!
This chair is soooo comfortable especially if you have any sort of hip pain.
It’s perfect! Super comfortable. I use it as a desk chair. I love the fact that the seat is deep and wide. The fabric is very soft. Love it. It was very easy to assemble. I got the gray color.
