Bad material , poor customer service

I bought this bad sectional first week of July and after 1 week all the seats were saging and the metal support handle back of the caution is not locking the back seat , try to reach the customer service and the not helping at all . Open support ticket since July 17 /2024 till now the didn't follow with us . Not recommended to buy this .don't

Very bad

I purchased a sectional from this location it called modera Grey 7 pcs on the 4th of July, and the next day, we went out for vacation and used it just for one week and then all the seats saging and he foam is compressed down, also one of the metal which is holding the back seat not able to lock the back. and it's looks like we used it for a years , when we reach out to the customer service they send technician to Chek and they decide to fix it ,gonna take it to fix around 7 days to put some foam and bring it back . We ask to exchange it or we pay extra to buy another one with better quality they refuse .the customer service and the manager are not helpful at all .once u pay for them . They don't care about you and treat you so badly. Check your item before you purchase it.Check the reviews for your item before even you pay any cents to this place . Not recommended

Modular sectional

The fabric is. Ice, couch is firm yet comfy... and the sliding of the backs of each piece makes it very versatile

It not worth the price

It definitely looses its look very fast I have had it 5 years and it looks 10 years old. The fabric gets doesn't break but get clumpy and fuzzy.

In future I will like to buy the product again

This sectional is perfectly oversized and is extremely comfortable...if you like to change things up a bit, it all comes apart and can be put together in a way that fits your space. Absolutely love this thank ;)

Do not buy this sectional, in fact do not buy from The Brick

We bought this sectional wanting a deep seat/lounging couch. We loved the design but within a month the cushion seats started to depress. 11 months later, the couch looks like it is at least 15 years olds. The foam in the seats have compressed so bad that there is a permanent 2-3 inch deep depression on the back half of each seat to the point that it is not even comfortable to sit on. The Brick is denying any warranty claim (even under the 5 year extended warranty that we had purchased) due to "normal wear and tear". Normal wear and tear???!!! maybe for a flawed design and poor workmanship. Way to stand behind the quality of your products. Seems like we have been scammed out of $4k, and will never buy from The Brick again.

Nice sectional for big families

It's an excellent sectional with an adjustable layout option. You can even divide it into two or more pieces and play around whatever works you best.

I wouldn't by again

Roomy however, It's not a comfortable sectional.

This product is made of very poor quality fabric. Within two to three months, you will look as if you bought this couch several years ago, because it looks very old.

Horrible quality and the pilling is not covered under warranty. Do not buy this product. Material started piling within first 2 months of purchase. Brick won't take the ownership of this issue and said it's manufacturer's fault.

After having the sectional for 3 months fabric started pilling and seats sank unbelievably.

Horrible experience with this Sectional

Please dont not even at this sectional. Also purchased extra warranty which is useless. The cloth is pilling off and the cusion is sinking. No one at Brick seems to Care. The technicians they send home to inquire are prepared to say "this is not covered in your extended warranty"

The set is absolutely beautiful. This was our first big purchase from Wayfair. I knew it was going to be nice, but this is NICE! I am big on quality and this is quality.

AWFUL. Save Your $

Fabric pilled ALL Over. Looks like we have had the sectional for 10 years when it has only been 1. Purchased the extended warranty and it is useless. Legs sank, pieces don't stay together. Cushions sagging and fabric stretched even though it says "Linen is resistant to stretching". Save your money and don't even look twice at this sectional.

I would not buy this product again.

The fabric on the couch pilled as soon as the first person sat on it. It's terrible quality, which is really too bad considering the couch itself is the perfect over size couch for a family. I am so disappointed and when we purchased this couch it was $2000 less than it is now!
