As everyone online mentions it's more to a firm side, can't expect fluffy grandma-style furniture from these modern pieces, but I love it. It's not mattress afterall. The velvet feels great though and overall craftsmanship is amazing. Love the legs as well.

The product does not come together well, the sectional looks as if there are three separate parts that all do not fit uniformly together. The seating is extremely firm.
