Bars were bent, instructions are terrible! Couldn’t use the screws, defective!

Everything was good, but the instructions need some work just wasn’t clear enough… Me and my friend girl put it together once we understood .

It is very pretty but it leaks through, the drain holes are great but the material absorbs the rain and leaks. l

Loved having this summer for the hot sun. Easy to put up and sturdy. To keep from moving off the deck, screwed it down.

Well built and the price was unbeatable. Very stable once assembled. Fabric cover seems heavy and well made.

Not worth the cost

This product is not really worth the cost. The legs of the frame are very thin and do not provide any sturdiness. The fabric top cover does not properly fit the frame and despite the holes for drainage in it the roof constantly fills with water and sags which makes the velcro straps that fasten it to the frame rip. I would not recommend this product unfortunately as the picture is the best thing about it and the reality is far worse.

I would not purchase this item center support easily. Bend had a light rain storm water puddled in between the bars and the center support mode. They offer no warranty on this item. After 30 days I recommend staying away from this item says for outside use could not handle a light rain , real garbage 

Was promising...ended in disappointment

Easy to assemble and looked great. Checked and double checked to make sure it was solid and secure. A few months later (after return date), a heavy rain (for about 20 minutes) broke the center connecting units and the whole thing sagged and bent. I am so disappointed. It looked great but doesn't handle well in any weather other than sun or very light rain.

Not waterproof

The metal is weak and when the rain water collected on the the top it stretched and sagged the cover and the cross bars in the front and back also sag from the weight. Basically garbage after the first rainfall.

Easy to put together and was perfect for one season. By the second season the waterproof coating was gone and when it rains we get wet. We tried to see if we could buy a new canopy, but we couldn't find one. UPDATE - we re-dipped the cloth in a waterproofing solution and are now on season 4! We still would like to replace the canopy part because the frame is DEFINITELY holding up well.

Piece of junk. Only lasted a couple months and then broke. Won't handle heavy rain at all. Took it down and threw away. Don't waste your money!

Outdoor Sun Shelter

I absolutely love this item -it was shipped directly to my home. Lots of places to hang chimes and solar lights and the decorative pieces add some style.

Pretty good product. A bit of a pain to put together and a little flimsy, but I guess it was worth the money.

Its nice! Once you figure out how to put it together. I would recommend having someone to help. One person can do it. It just takes longer. The instructions are HORRIBLE! I also used my own tools. Luckily, it rained so I could see how it would hold up. There is pooling, but there are holes in the canopy for draining.

The middle off front and back bows the brackets are to small for connecting to the wall
