Great desk!

Really cute desk for my daughters room, moderately difficult to put together.

poor quality

Don't do it. The particle board is bad quality, opt for hard wood instead. It's been wobbly since we put it together last year. We just moved it to make room for our christmas tree, and 1 of the legs just came right out... and then testing the others, 3 of the 4 are extremely loose and came out as soon as we tugged on them. Unfortunate because its a beautiful product.

So sleek and stylish. Perfect for any room. A lot of storage and very sturdy. It’s just the right size for all your desk needs. Has a lot of compartment and plenty of space to work.

Cute design, poor quality

Arrived with scratches and dents and marks that I’m guessing would be much improved by better quality paint as well as more a thorough paint application; lid on far left on hutch won’t lay completely flat. Would not buy again. Wish I had returned instead of continuing on assembly.

Received damaged

Pulled the top of the desk out to put together and a huge spot of the desk had be improperly painted. It was really obvious - you could almost see the wood grain underneath. Pretty disappointing.

Legs aren't sturdy

Built this desk for my daughter, she loved it. It was just what she wanted. However she was moving the desk and the legs went in on its self and broke off. The desk part fell to the the floor and left a big dent on our hardwood floor.

Horrible legs

Horrible legs!!! One leg broke the 1st night, now 3 legs are broke after moving it to paint. Very cute and the desk has great storage but the legs are terrible!

Arrived with surface damage, pictured. I would have returned but it's a huge hassle and the damage on the desk surface can be covered with a mat. The height of the front of the desk is a little much so that the height of the writing surface is a little uncomfortable. Can't raise my chair as then legs hit the bottom of the desk.

Leg broke and crashed down to floor!

Cheap desk that I can NOT believe increased in priced within the last few months. Customers, please know that I bought this desk for $149.99 only four months ago. So the fact they are trying to say $187 is a sale is a rip off. My 9yr old child was terribly awaken in the middle of the night to the crashing down of her desk onto the hardwood floor. She immediately woke up scared and startled! Moreover, there is now a gash in my hardwood floor! Whose going to get that fixed?? The legs are very weak. My husband put the desk together as he is a carpenter so he obviously knows what he is doing. The problem is the way screws and holes line up doesn't make the construction stable. I should've known when I read other similar issues in reviews but I thought perhaps it was a rare anomaly. if you want to be like me and still buy the desk, I suggest not paying this astronomical price for such a cheaply made (ply board) desk. And FYI, the paint on this desk was also chipped in several places as others have reviewed, but I was willing to look past it.

Surprisingly decent quality for the low price. The drawers are probably the cheapest part, with very thin materials. Paint had a few small defects. Instructions were clear and everything lined up as expected.

Chipped Desk, but Refunds and Returns Are Difficult

Lovely desk, but it came damaged. The corners were chipped on several pieces, in prominent areas. I could only opt to ship it back for a refund or replacement as a means of customer resolution, which is almost impossible given the way the package is shipped…. So I guess I’m just assembling it and attempting to paint over the chips. I rarely get upset enough about something to leave a 1 star review on a product, but so guess today is one of those days.

Zero quality & broke straight away

Returning this item as it has many things wrong with it. Spray painting throughout is shoddy & patchy. There is nothing to cover exposed bolts. And after nearly two hours of assembling one leg cracked. This is definitely not worth over £200!

More trouble than it's worth

The top part of the desk came with black streaks and one of the cabinets the pieces didn’t match and it won’t open or close. I already contacted the company for replacement of these pieces. Overall a simple desk. The divisions take a lot of space on the top of the desk.

Broke in 2months

This desk is horrible quality. My daughter leaned on the desk a few times and the leg fell off. It can’t be fixed. It must be thrown away. There are two screws, screwed into particle wood.

So happy with my purchase. Bought this desk for my grandson who is 6. It was a process to put together, but not that difficult. The desk is surprisingly sturdy and looks great in his mid century modern room!

Cute desk

The desk helps out my kids a lot to do there homework which is great for me. I really like the size and shape it is. Everything that very good quality and love the way it just looks as well. I like that's it not to big as well.

Not the expected quality

Ordered based on the reviews, but what came was not the quality level expected. The finish was marred, pre-drilled hole areas were not pre-drilled, it did not fit together well leaving gaps all around and an over hang on the left side. Can not recommend.
