I remodeled my bathroom and this shower head added the finishing touch, I love the rain head but also love that I can change to a different spray with the attachment. It really looks good too. I do wish the hose was not plastic however but overall i'd Order again.

This is exactly what I was looking for to retrofit the shower head in the house we just bought. I wanted something from a reputable manufacturer and Ive always had good luck with Hansgrohe products. They are a as little pricy but well worth it because of the build quality. My main problem was the existing shower head was too low for me and it lacked a hand shower to make cleaning the tub and showing kids easier. This fixture looks great and works great. One added feature that I didnt realize was that the rain head shower pipe actually rotates. Its a nice feature to really get the shower head where you want it (especially If the rough out isnt exactly centered) Please note that the rain head is not the one that comes in the kit, I reused the one I have had because it was from a different Hansgrohe line that I like. The only problem is what others have said, once you divert to the handshower, you can revert to the shower head without turning off the water. Lastly, please note that this is a stout piece of plumbing fixture so it really needs to be secured to a solid backing. It requires a secured elbow behind the wall and asks to screw or toggle bolt the flame to the wall. I have ceramic tile so it wasnt a problem. I would not recommend this installation into an acrylic shower enclosure unless you can modify the structure behind the acrylic shell to hold the whole assembly.

Nice option for the existing shower head upgrade. It is beautiful! We liked it so much, so we used it as a permanent solution on our second bathroom. Rated three stars for two reasons: 1) Has a chip handheld shower head, we ended up buying MOEN Banbury 5-Spray Handheld Shower. 2) Very hard to drill the tile around the opening, where the shower pipe is coming out of the wall - instruction says 4 x 6mm, but in reality it is even very hard to drill even two holes to hold the Brass Collar for Mounting the whole Shower Upgrade System. Hansgrohe should make the Brass Mounting Bracket in bigger diameter, to spread the holes further on the tile from the center of the opening, or make the Second mounting bracket down the upgrade shower pipe to make the installation proper and firm. This is a big issue!I Otherwise all good!

Sleek modern design, sturdy and heavy, feels solid unlike some of the other shower sets on the market. The shower head can change positions, angled or pointing down. The handheld piece is light and doesn't feel like the same quality as the rest of the set, maybe this is due to the design since it hooks on to the bar and needs to be light, but I wish it was a little more solid. Overall a great option for an easy install to existing plumbing.

This shower head is beautiful, with sturdy construction and very aesthetically pleasing! The water flow makes for great showers. I'd definitely recommend this product.

love this--unlike other reviews--it seemed not so difficult to assmeble. Rain shower is wondrful, but hand shower is needed, too. The perfect combo.

Beautiful faucet. I love that it has the sprayer and shower in one without extra plumbing. You should note that this shower head sits high from the plumbing. If you have open walls, set your pipe lower than usual.

Great for the price. Best bang for your buck of any rain shower & hand shower combo. Only downside is you can't switch back to rainshower after turning on handshower. You must turn water off and on again, but that hasn't been an issue for me, because the water stays warm in the pipe.

If you install this fixture with the Hansgrohe thermostatic trim, you can alter the valve to use both the rainshower head and handheld. Not super environmentally friendly but you feel like you're literally showering in the rain.
