So far, so good...

I researched for several weeks before selecting this patio sectional. Several that I liked sat very low, which would be difficult for my elderly mother. This sits like a regular couch. Getting the loveseats together was pretty easy, assuming you are using actual tools and not just what was sent with the furniture. We used a ratchet and socket set, screwdrivers and a set of allen wrenches. For some reason, the corner seat was very very hard to get lined up. Now it's together, the back of the corner is a little askew, so maybe that was the problem. Whatever you do, DO NOT tighten the bolts until you have them all lined up and in place. They will not tighten down if they are not straight. The coffee table arrived and the glass top was shattered. I don't mean broken, I mean shattered. I alerted Overstock and a replacement was at my house within a couple of days. We (my 13 year old daughter and me) got it all together last night and two hours later, we had a pretty good rain storm. The couch is on a covered porch, but one end of the couch got a little wet. It was completely dry by this morning. I saw other reviews that said the fabric wasn't really navy blue. I agree. It's blue, but a slightly odd shade. The piping is white, not cream or beige. It looks great though. Firm cushions, easy to put the cushions in the covers. If the corner section had not been so hard to put together, I would give it five stars.

High quality, just as pictured

I'm pleased with my purchase as this is quality and as pictured. The wicker color is verigated (browns light and dark). The only draw back was putting it together with the little Allen wrench. We used an electric drill with the Allen bit. Do NOT snug screws down until all are in. It'll save you back tracking. Took a day to construct, but then I ordered two sets.

Really like

Really like it. We added a couple of other pieces to make a u-shaped sectional. We were unable to put some of the pieces together bc they weren't made right, and overstock made the replacement very easy. Cushions could be made to affix to the back and seat better. And they aren't the highest quality. But I really like it.

Great sectional look and quality

This is a terrific buy for the price. The cushion color works perfectly with our Southwestern décor. Assembly is easy as long as you use an electric drill with an Allen wrench bit instead of the Allen wrench itself.

Comfy and good to look at! it was a little tough putting it together but we did it in the end, it took us much longer than we expected about 3 hours ins all, the screws and holes wee small and using the Allen key is had in small places.

Perfect for our covered patio!

This was relatively easy for my husband and 17-year-old son to assemble. It fits perfectly in our space and the cushions are super thick and comfy. The resin wicker looks very sturdy and well-made. We have not yet assembled the table and that’s why it’s not in the photo.

cushion cover color

I would have reccomended this product but unfortunately the cushion color is orange not red and I have been unable to reach the manufacturer to exchange the cushion covers for a different color. Home Depot also tried to reach them and they were also unable to reach them. I may just have to return this product due to the pandemic i have been reluctant to do so but orange is not going to work.

Hardware is a NIGHTMARE!!

The furniture is packaged very well. The wicked and frame seem to be of quality. However, all the hardware is junk including the tools they provide to put it together. I recommend you purchase stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. Some of the self tapping holes will strip the screws so you will most likely need to purchase a tap and die set... I did.

Attractive. Nice quality. I have it on a windy deck so I’m not using the glass top on the coffee table. Color is more rust than bright red. Ended up working better in my environment. Challenging assembly as attach points did not always line up. Use an electric drill with monkey wrench attachment!

Hi, My name is Sherri, I've looked for a sectional for my screened in porch for a year, I wanted to make sure it wasn't low! with cushions that were flat, I didn't want cheap, I saw this set read about it pictures look great review were good that helps me on my decision, if there not good turns me off so I ordered it came fast like three days! I put it together myself!! not hard at all and looked great I like it so much I added a another chair in the sectional and got the arm side chair also! So another words I could have gotten the bigger one to begin with but nice that I could add on! I'm very picky ask my sister ! she looked and listen about getting one for a year!! about to order from different places but never did then I showed her this and she agreed with me so I did ! very happy looks great just what I wanted and Hayneedle was great would highly recommend them!! Love this sectional set for our deck

Love this set. I ordered it on a June 28, 2017, it arrived literally 3 days later! The set is exactly as it looks on this site. We looked and searched and did more looking. Went to a few stores to sit on different types of furniture to get an idea of height and comfort. However, this set was not in any store we visited. After measuring the space on our deck, where we wanted to place a sectional, we continued our search online and found a few sets on Hayneedle. We took a chance and ordered it, so glad we did! One of the reasons we ordered it was the look of the cushions. We love the look of them; the square clean edges and the white piping on them lends to the clean sturdy look and feel. These are not squishy pillowy cushions, they are firm, but VERY comfortable. We sat on other sets that were low, making it difficult to stand from a seated position. This set is a good normal height, it's 18 inches from the floor to the top of the cushions. It's perfect for my height of 5'8". I'm currently sitting on this set out on my deck as I write this. We purchased the 4 piece set, which is the left and right couches, corner piece and the coffee table, in tan. All 3 colors were beautiful, I really wanted the sienna color, but chose the tan and have a couple of pillows on it to add color. The ONLY negative was the assembly. The instructions were easy to follow, but lining up the holes on a few of them was a challenge. I did the assembly myself, I love putting things together. My suggestion, DO NOT tighten the nut to the bold all the way until you have all the bolts in their holes. This will allow for movement of the bolts when aligning them. Also, forgo the use of the allen wrench and that other tool, if you have a ratchet, use that. It did take me about 4.5 hours. But that included a couple of breaks, placing it on the deck and throwing the packaging and boxes away that the pieces came in. We are very pleased and happy with this set. 4 stars only because of the assembly.
